Today my husband and I stopped in to buy our fishing license and trout stamps for the season. The young girl Alessandra who was taking care of us processed my license right away. Upon scanning my husbands drivers license the computer issues an error. She asked her coworker what to do. The other girl told her to call the customer care line. But instead of calling she handed us a piece of paper with the telephone number on it and sent us away. My husband and I walked to the parking lot and called the number she gave us. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and it only took him a matter of 5 minutes to take his information and provide us with the CID(customer ID). Sometimes a bit pricey, but excellent selection of sporting good equipment and team gear. To offset the sometimes pricey items, they do offer plenty of sales, especially towards the end of a season. The staff is usually great, only having one or two minor instances where the employee wasn't entirely knowledgeable, however, they admitted it and got help. So good job there. My biggest complaint and the reason for the 4/5 star review is the shoe selection. There are tons of shoes on the wall, but the quantity is limited. I went in a few weeks ago and tried to buy a pair of shoes. I picked 4 different pairs that were not available in my size and had to go elsewhere to find a shoe as I was looking for a...

Normally this place is decent. Not a lot of knowledge of what they sell but decent. I went in today for a warranty issue of a product I bought here and they treated me like I was an idiot and no one helped or gave me any direction. The manager again should be trained to help and give direction but I got the same thing from him just either he is trained very poorly or just doesn't know anything about what they sell. Just a big goofy guy with a dumb look on his face. Learn what you sell and know your product. Try to help people resolve there problem.
