First off: the food is excellent and im willing to drive 40+ mins for it. The waitresses were attentive and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. Also I am a proud Vietnamese American that values authentic Vietnamese cuisine and not afraid to be honest about the quality. However, some of these reviews show no understanding of traditional Vietnamese food whatsoever. And just the sheer fact that on the menu they have to state that “there are no refunds for simply not liking the dish”, is appalling. Shows the kind of entitled, close minded people, that are going to restaurants like this... Ive been there 4 times now and the whole point of eating anywhere is to MAYBE try something new. Sure you may not like it but you learn something new. Dont subject any restaurant to your false sense of entitlement that just because you simply didnt like something that they need to refund you lol This is a family business trying to make a living. Ive ordered their pho and their bun bo hue which were all authentic on 4 separate occasions including when they first opened. NOTHING has been bland once. Everything is delicious and full of flavor. And sadly recently, I had my waitress ask me “Are you sure you want the bun bo hue? It’s spicy and some people dont like how it tastes.” What? I KNOW how bun bo hue is for God’s sake and for her to say that shows that some people lack the capability to expand their palate. The bun bo hue was PERFECT and I ate a large bowl. In response to the reviews below: Those reviews about mystery meat meatballs better read up and learn that they’re beef and the best vietnamese meatballs ive had in a long time (I’m Viet) and it’s better than any ive had growing up. Also, if you’re gonna ask for a side of noodles, they’re traditional Pho noodles and they gave it to you on the side without broth because they didn’t want them to get soggy while you were finishing the bowl. Pho noodles expand very easily.

This was my second, but last time here. I wanted my mother to try Pho for the first time. Upon arriving, there was a sign on the front door that said "no public restrooms". I wasn't able to wash my hands before eating. I just used hand sanitizer that I had in my purse. My mom and I both asked for ice water to drink. We were told that they don't have glasses of ice water. However, we could purchase bottles of water. Instead, we paid $2 each for a 12 oz can of diet Coke. The final straw was my Pho. I ordered the brisket and meatball Pho. The brisket was acceptable, but the meatballs had huge chunks of gristle/fat. I pulled them out from my mouth, bowl and remaining meatballs to asks exactly what they were. I was told that they were pieces of tendon and such. It was disgusting. I was only able to eat half of my bowl (I consumed the brisket half).

The service here was very fast. Ordered and my meal of a bowl of pho with extra noodles came out within 5 minutes. My friend ordered at the same time but he ordered the Shaking Beef. His came out 10 minutes later. People do enjoy eating together so it would be good to have the meals come out at the same time. I had a water that was not refilled until my meal was done and were were sitting there talking. I clearly had my glass at the edge of the table and it was seen by the wait staff but they ignored it. As for the pho. I have had better. The broth had a very sweet taste that took away from the beef and "mystery" meet balls that just looked boiled. I did get a very large bowl of pho and it was packed with noodles. My extra noodles came as a side dish which I asked for but they were very dry. No broth was in the bowl to keep them warm or from sticking together. I would like to give them a second chance but I doubt they will change. I could go on about smaller things I noticed but I do not want to bore you with them. I would recommend driving to York...

Honestly they only got one star because the food was good. My family and I decided to try this place out! We love pho and we were very excited. We were sat and quickly ordered waters. The waitress brought them out holding them against her chest. When I asked if I could help her she stayed her boss would fire her if we helped. We then ordered our food. First came my food out, then 15mins later came out appetizer. Then 15 mins later my partners food came out. Then 10 mins later my daughters food came out. But it was not what we ordered, when we explained that they pretty much tried to argue with me and tell me it was my fault it was wrong and that it would take another 20 mins for the right food to come out. I laughed and eventually the owner came and fixed it. The staff told me on 3 different occasions that no their boss would fire them. In conclusion the service was so horrible that we will never return...
