The Target experience is great, they have neat items I donât think I need but get, itâs clean, and easy to find things I DO need. The only downside is I enjoy a cup of coffee when I shop and every so often there is a middle aged woman with brown hair, bluish green eyes, short, with an âangry Catâ expression on her face behind the counter that makes me second guess my choice of shopping there for the day. She is unpleasant, rude, and has horrible customer service. Just today, she was eating behind the counter and took my order with a mouth full of food, I gave her my order and then my gf had my attention, and when I turned back around the lady was just starring at me. I assumed she asked, âanything else?â So I said, âthatâs everything, thank youâ, she continues to stare, so I ask, âIâm sorry what did you say?â And she responded rudely saying âI said, what did you want.â I then told her again and when she completed my order she just turned around and dipped. No, âwould you like your receiptâ or âyour order will be right out.â Or just a simple âthank you.â For shopping with them like everyone else has done before she arrived. And then to top it off, as I was leaving she was starring at me with her angry cat looking face, to which I gave a disgusted face response. Again, everything else is awesome but this grumpy old lady at Starbucks just takes a toll on...
Read moreAfter doing some shopping at my local Hanover Target I proceed to the check out to pay for my items. As I get into line their is a woman in front of me and four other people form to the back of me. I put my items up on the counter when I hear the clerk say to the woman in front of me WOULD YOU LIKE TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION FOR A TARGET CREDIT CARD the woman say I don't think it is a good time do to do this right now you look really busy I'll stop back later when it is not so busy THE CLERK SAYS IT WILL ONLY TAKE A MINUTE so I am left standing there for 20 minutes while the woman proceeds to fill out a credit application. Everyone behind me has to get out of line and find another check out counter to go to and I would have done the same but the items I am trying to purchase are all up on the counter. THIS IS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THAT STORE WE THERE TO SHOP, CHECK OUT THEN LEAVE IF YOU WANT TO PUSH YOU CREDIT CARDS DO IT AT YOUR SERVICE DESK OR AT YOUR FRONT DOOR NOT AT THE CHECK OUT LINES. I no I will never shop...
Read moreThey say there are WalMart people and Target people, well, Iâm simply just to a person, but I feel as though it can go without saying that Target definitely does tend to have more upscale or better quality items, however, you choose to view it, but as they say, you get what you pay for, and the little extra youâll spend at Target is no difference, and without a doubt not a waste. I havenât frequented many Targets, but I can vouch that this particular Target was super clean, organized, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, my only suggestion for this store would be to perhaps give your employees a slightly more intensive orientation/training focusing on customer service and appropriate workplace conversational skills. Alot of older generations don't grasp the seriousness of the lack of proper education for children, even in 2021. Some younger generations do need help learning/being taught how to act like a responsible adults. I apologize for the rant, but I felt that was important to share before I left my...
