Rent-A-Center — Local services in Pennfield Charter Township

So I just went in there and a guy with blue flame tattoos on his arm was very unfriendly, I was trying to rent a TV due to mine breaking and basically was like welll you need to fill out a form online to which I asked “can I just fill it out in here?” And he was standoffish and like “I guess you can” Extremely unprofessional and rude ; I hope the right person sees this and understands that he should not be in that store by himself if he’s gonna treat people poorly the way he did me and my family. He seemed as if he wanted to rush us out of the store and we were literally the only ones in there. Terrible customer service...

They will try and strong arm you like you owe money to the mob if you are even a couple days late. I find the staff to be incredibly pushy and disrespectful. Tried to sell me a disgusting couch and then raised the price after it was delivered. Would not give me any money back on the overprice sectional that I returned after making $1200 in payments. The individuals who run the Rent A Center locations in my town are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My only qualms with this process would be the website. RAC really needs to look into upgrading thier website host and or code a new site. I do also wish RAC carried a broader range of furniture products, especially home office furniture. I'm most excited about the RAC Benefits plus program. A little bit of peace of mind in the unpredictability world...
