I'm giving this two stars because the pizza was good. Small, pricey, but good. The people working were not so good. I was so excited to try this place. We walked in and had 2 people ahead of us. We placed an order for two pizzas. A small 6 piece one and the larger one that they offer. We were told it would be 45 minutes. Perfect because we had shopping to do. We arrived back at the deli after our 45 minutes were up. We walked in and there was 5 others in there waiting for their food. We got to the register to pick up our pizza only to be told in a very rude manner that there was someone ahead of us. They did not even start our pizza yet. She said it would be 15 minutes to make it. We had a seat and waited patiently. A customer next to us said she called her order in and she has been waiting an hour. It was her first time and she was angry. She got her food and another costumer sat next to us and said he had been waiting for 40 minutes for two small pizzas. He finally collected his food and wished us good luck. We watched as they made our pizzas without gloves. I did not complain because thankfully the pizza was going to be cooked. They took their dear sweet time preparing the pizzas, moving at sloth speeds. Almost like they were doing it on purpose. Like it was funny to them that we waited so long. After waiting over an hour for two pizzas, they were finally done. Yes the pizza is good just not worth the...
Read moreFeed 4 people and spent about $36 so prices are pretty average. Lrg pizza runs around $14 and 12 inch subs a little less. We also got the cheese curd bread which we enjoyed the most. Pizza is a thinner crust but not so thin to be crunchy. Minimal sauce-which I enjoy, good amount of toppings. Cut into small squares but ours wasn't cut all the way thru. Some outside pieces were bubbled up so we couldn't eat them. The subs are huge with the meat piled so high! Could barely finish a half. Appreciated the chocolate chip cookie that came with! Dine in is possible but the area is really small. I think there's two two tops and two bar type seating with three stools at each.We went in around 1 on a Sunday and waited close to 45 minutes which was fine just would've preferred to have been given an estimated wait time since we came in to order. We were going to stay in to eat however the ventilation is terrible. It's really smokey and stinky inside, eye burning even. I've driven by and seen the door propped open in really cold weather, now I know why. All things considered, we'd definitely eat here again, we'd just call our order in....
Read moreWe’re gluten-free; a food allergy and we make sure the servers know to accommodate or we won’t eat there. A lady, perhaps the owner, in her forty’s about 5’4’’ brown hair took our order and recommended the supreme and the McGoniles, which we can’t eat. How silly. We decided on the margaritas with three added ingredients; feta cheese, mushrooms & spinach. 15 minutes later she made a regular gluten crust 16’ pizza, I told her it’s gluten then she reassured us in a loud voice that she is right and in charge. I kept my mouth shut after that. I won’t eat there ever again. Didn’t offer to remake the pizza. Didn’t apologize. Bad resolution. The behavior is unprofessional. I am an easily agreeable person, super non-confrontational and don’t ever leave review unless it’s absurd and overly rude. This is the case. I just hope that she is more careful because food allergy causes severe gut problems and/or stomach pain. She didn’t give us a receipt but asked us for our receipt then abruptly threw a $20 bill saying the $20 is overcompensating us. Just...
