Mannn, the customer service I experienced today is baffling! I ordered a white chocolate mocha and because Idk there menu or that those are two different drinks in the biggby world, the vibe from the employee instantly switch! When the order was repeated back to me the drink in question was wrong and because I said 'can you make sure said drink is decaf' the employee snapped back with 'I said that' low and behold the drink was made incorrectly lol. Spoke to the employee and told him that he was hella rude and just wanted him to acknowledge that. He had the nerve to say because they were busy and had someone training I should have known exactly what I wanted when I ordered. Long story long, because I required two extra seconds to order, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of them helping me understand the difference. It wasn't about the money or the drink at that point, solely the terrible attitude on the employee. This is why Starbucks will always be superior to Biggby!!

Read moreI frequently visit this location multiple times a week which means I rack up rewards points pretty quickly and I’ve never had a experience like I did yesterday. I reached my point value to receive my free Biggby item and presented my card to the cashier at the window. She swiped my rewards card and asked me if I wanted to leave a tip with my credit card which I always do and I did. After leaving I checked my bank statement and saw that I was actually charged the full amount for the drink I purchased and that my rewards balance was back to 1 pt. I called that location multiple times and was not able to speak to anyone. I went back through the drive through this morning to ask about what happened and was told there was nothing the store could do for me and that my only option is to contact a corporate representative which was very disappointing. Read moreI love BIGGBY and I frequent multiple different locations often since I have family all over in Michigan. This is by far the SLOWEST location I’ve ever been to. Today I waited behind 5 cars for 25 minutes and when I got to the window my order hadn’t even been started yet. Yes I was given a BOGO deal even though it was already BOGO with coupon. It doesn’t matter how many customers are there and how many employees are there. I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes. That includes the time I only had one car in front of me and it took 3 minutes to ask for my order. There were 3 employees inside and the one customer in front of me only ordered one drink. Half the time they are very nice but there are definitely times attitudes could be adjusted.
