Let me start by saying that if I could give negative stars I would. I have never had the worst customer service in my life. I went there for a balyage and what I got was multicolored hair. Let me start by saying my hair is naturally dark brown and I died it one shade darker at another hair salon a year ago. I have died my hair blonde at another salon before and it never ever turned out the way it did when I went here. My hair was blond on top, purple in my roots, orange in the back and blonde on the bottom. When I came in the next day to talk to Katie herself, the lady who died my hair denied that the picture I showed them again to clarify was what I wanted to begin with. She also told me that my hair "took it like that and there was nothing she could of done to avoid it." She kept consisting it was beautiful and that she didnt see the orange in my hair. They gave me two options, die my hair one shade darker or put more toner in my hair. She couldn't promise it would be free and would have to talk it over. I then asked for a partial refund and again they refused because they were willing to "fix it." I didnt just pay 150 just to die my hair back to brown again and toner isnt going to fix the patches of blond and orange and magically make the blend together. I kept saying I wasnt mad, I just want it fixed. They replied "it has been 20 minutes, we have other clients waiting, we have a name and number and we will call you back." I walked out. I was emotionally damaged, how could a salon just simply let someone walk around like that. It has been 5 days now, I went somewhere else to have it fixed, still no refund or even a call.... If you want horrible service, come and be there guest. I will never ever go...
Read moreWhile the girl that did my manicure was very sweet, my cuticles were barely touched, and the gel paint job is something I could have easily done myself (some nail polish on my skin/cuticles, nails not completely covered). Within 2 days, my thumbnail had started peeling off. I have never had this happen before with a gel manicure. When I called to ask for my nails to be “fixed”, I was told that the same employee who did my nails before was the one I would be given again, that she had to be given “the opportunity to fix it”. Read moreThe hairdresser chopped off my hair in different length and layers throughout my head. In some places, I have very short layers right next to longer layers by inches. She did not layer my hair with any regularity or precision. It will take at least a year to grow back my hair and style the layers correctly.
