I should have went to a store that cared about costumer service and quality merchandise. I purchased a pair of shoes on Wednesday evening for my son. He wore them on Thursday to school and Friday he wore a different pair so on Sunday we had plans to go out so he wanted to wear his new shoes. I grabbed them out of the box and before I went to hand them to him I noticed that the leather is starting to bubble and peel off and after further inspection there is glue showing on certain area's. So I called the New Castle Delaware Pennmart shopping center store and a woman answered and I explained everything to her she replied “wow let me get you a manager” and put me on hold and then after a few moments just hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak with a manager and was told hold on and instead of putting me on hold I could hear her telling whoever was standing around her that “It’s the same chic.” Then she gets back on and says can I help you and I said yes I would like to speak with a manager. Read moreThe absolute worst dtlr store I will now be driving further to other stores to avoid using this one. There's always issues when picking up orders. They've denied my co workers delivery and wouldn't give him the rest of the order for 2 weeks until 1 pair of boxers came in. Complete attitude from the associates and dude literally laughed about me being mad that they canceled my order and wouldn't substitute for a different size but is making me go through a refund process process instead and have to re buy item.
