This location was the worst Mens Warehouse we've ever been to. They do not follow the order of their check in que, instead they just help whoever grabbed their attention. We waited over an hour to be seen while watching customer after customer who came in after us, waltz up to the first associate they saw and recieve assistance. Even after asking on 3 separate occasions for assistance after waiting over an hour, we never received a full consultation. I outwardly started taking my own supplies and finding our own room while trying to get assistance from anyone. To add more, they did not have hardly any options for size inclusive suits. We couldn't find anything over a 1x, we were told to "just use our imagination ". Lastly, when calling a couple weeks later to try and set up an appointment for an actual consultation and to inquire about ordering more size inclusive options in anything other than black and purple, we were immediately cut off by associate Nichole and met with astounding unprofessionalism and attitude. Completely unprovoked. She refused to allow us to speak with a manager when asked. I encouraged for them to listen to the phone call since "all calls are recorded for quality assurance", and see just how appalling the interaction was. I've never had such a terrible experience with sales, especially when we're TRYING to bring you business for 5 complete suit sets. We'll be bringing our business to Gents Formalwear in Pensacola instead. I encourage others to also look elsewhere. I will be forwarding this to the District...

I cannot recommend this place. My husband needed a suit for our upcoming cruise so we went to the store to get sized. In the store we were met by a young man who at first seemed very knowledgeable. When the guy had my husband try on a jacket I questioned the fit because it seemed to gape open a lot but the guy brushed it off and said it was how it was supposed to be. The employee sized my husband for both a jacket and pants. The guy assured us he was sized correctly for both and so we ordered the suit. We paid for rush shipping and when it arrived today it was 2 sizes too big. We called the store to let them know that the suit they said would fit didn't and we were told to come in so they could make it right and alter it. They then proceeded to charged us $85 to alter a suit that they messed up to begin with. We were told that if we brought it in today it would be done in time for our cruise before Friday next, and my husband even asked for confirmation before paying that $85 and they assured him it would be but then turned around after payment went through and said it wouldn't be available for pickup until 7pm Friday next. We are incredibly unhappy with the service and the misleading information and the messed up sizing this employee did but our hands are tied because we have already spent several hundred dollars on this suit and our cruise...

I was in your store earlier today and had the worst experience. I have in the past had good experiences, even leaving a good review on a young man who went out of his way to help me and my grandson last month. Today's experience was much different. I noticed a woman pulling associates aside and screaming at them for not doing enough, literally talking down to numerous associates telling them how they were dumb basically. As a grandmother and working retail as a younger person and a former school teacher l thought her behavior unsatisfactory to be a manager. This store is in Pensacola, Florida and at the Cordova Mall. I ask one of the associates her name because l was very upset the way a grown woman would talk to these young men and woman and her name is Terry and was told she is the store manager. One of the young men was one l had left rave reviews of before and l left that time buying much more than planned. Today l walked out because l couldn't believe how unprofessional and degrading she talked to all these people. You might want to reconsider who you hire for managers to save customers. I left and will going to another store to buy what l need now. I thought you should know how these people are being treated though and maybe your mangers should smile a little bit.
