Went inside for the Japan wok place. Very unhappy with their service, the lady rang me up for fried rice which I clearly said white, so I was charged 50 cents extra, no big deal I hardly got any vegetables because all that rice so I asked for more vegetables and she says no that's extra so then I explained they fixed the rice so at that point I've already paid so I ask for extra vegetables and tried to explain I've been charged extra for the fried rice, so extra veg will even it out. And she tells me no rice is 50 veg are 80 cent. So she wouldn't give me my plate until I pulled 30 cents out my pocket here up the line they're were 10 plates held up it was ridiculous, I paid the extra but it was so petty when they're the ones who messed up in the first place. 30 cents she should have said doct worry about it. We always go to Sarku... their food is made to order on the hot flattop grill. We never have any complaint of the quality or taste of food ordered. The portion sizes are more than sufficient and leave leftovers! The value of the food along with the quality and deliciousness are outstanding. Other establishments seem to somewhat pressure people for a "sample" of their food, almost holding it outward nearly in your face. I understand they're trying to round up business and people to visit their counters, though. All in all the food court gives a few different types of dining options to choose from (including Sbarro for pizza and calzones). Parking can be difficult at times if you're wanting to park at the food court main entrance. On weekends the food isn't to hot! Usually always get chicken teriyaki and did again today. Crazy long lines all around us. Maneuvering from one place for kids and then bouncing into another line for your food isn't much fun. Barely had any extra yaki sauce when I asked for extra considering I paid almost 2.00 extra for extra chicken. Then once I grab good with no trays available due to the fullness.
