We stopped by the SML Store in Pensacola hoping for a fun, immersive experience like the original location—with bright yellow walls, nonstop SML videos, and that iconic red couch. Instead, we found a stripped-down version: white walls, no TVs, and a noticeably quieter vibe. It felt more like a pop-up than a fan destination.

The selection was still limited, especially compared to what’s available online. While there were a few puppets we hadn’t seen before, the main characters from daily episodes were mostly missing, which was disappointing. For fans hoping to grab a Jeffy or Junior, it’s hit or miss.

We’ve learned the store’s been forced to move multiple times due to mall lease policies. The landlord reportedly requires a 10-year lease, which doesn’t align with the uncertain longevity of a YouTube-based brand. That kind of pressure makes it tough to invest in a permanent, polished retail space—and it shows.

I was at the SML Store June 24th and my experience was amazing!! I can’t remember the lady’s name but I wanted to get a Jeffy puppet for my son and they didn’t have anymore so I bought some pants. I went back to the store to see if I could have the display Jeffy and she sold it to my father. She was so sweet and helped me and my father get this Jeffy puppet for my autistic son who loves Jeffy. I will be back the next time I go to Florida!!...
