Update 8/3/24: so since my last review, they've seemed to have hired new staff. I haven't seen the girls that were here before being rude to customers. But TODAY, there's this guy with the worst manners ever wearing a blue&white cover on top of his head. They don't have name tags so I don't know his name. Soooo rude to another customer who didn't seem to know how to order (like his first time here). I just really don't get how you don't have the patience to help people being in an establishment like this. It makes me sick to see that. So I hope something is done with him because he was not only rude to the guy ordering, but seemed to be rude to his staff members as well. And rudely asking other people what their name on their order is. I under having a bad day but there's a respectful way to treat people even if you don't want to be nice. You should get out of this type of job if you can't be patient with people. You're going to have people come here who have never been here before, you should help them out and lead them to their order not shrug them off and tell them to start over just cause he had another order. And like I said before, I'm usually a regular here and I know lots of others who regulars and will definitely be notifying them of this behavior from this staff member. On a good note, there's a guy with glasses working and he's really nice and personable. Kudos to Cava for hiring him, they need more people like him.

The food is great, the staff is so unprofessional and seem like they hate their job. You don't even have to cater to the customers but at least be nice and help people out with how to make/order their food so they can actually enjoy their meal. I've been here so I know how it goes but there was an older lady behind me asking me and my husband questions on the our order. Which we happily answered. Then when it was her turn to order, the staff member just looked at her like she was irritated and wouldn't even help her on how to order. Like really y'all, not everybody knows how to order at Cava. Get your staff together cause that's just horrible. I haven't came back since even though it wasn't towards me. If they could just treat their customers well and not act like they work at a jail foodcourt, that would be great. You don't even have to smile and suck-up, just be respectful and help our the customer if they're struggling AND HAVE PATIENCE!!!!!

I honestly love Cava. The staff is great, my last visit is the reason why I gave the service a 4. I came in and bought two kids meals with two different payment methods. The first one was $8.32 because it had extra amenities, mine (also a kids meal) without the extra toppings was $15.32, again, paid by different methods (kids meals start at $6.45). The young man tried to correct the mistake but it didn’t work. By the time I came back to work, I realize I had been charged $15.32 (I was originally told, by the young man, the total would be $7.28) There was no time to go back and correct the mishap that day because I have a second job. I went back the next afternoon to receive a refund and because I didn’t have a receipt, I was denied a refund and offered $2.45 worth of pita chips and dip (idk the dip price) to compensate for the $8 overcharge. I had the time of the initial exchange and being in the fast food industry , from my understanding, something like a, receipt retrieval, can be accomplished (especially when you have the time of the purchase). The systems are advanced enough to retrieve a receipt, it just takes longer than desired for management. As a customer, I felt frustrated and unheard. Again, the staff is great but I felt as though the management made a poor effort in satisfactory conflict resolution. Especially since the encounter had happened 18 hours previous. I’m not upset with the young man, mistakes happen, the store gets busy, I’ve been there… but making me pay for a mistake I didn’t make and offering a subpar solution to the problem is not right. Love CAVA, eat CAVA, but keep your receipt… they might not work to resolve an issue without it. Went on 5/15 between the hours of 6:30-7:30pm. It was not busy at all. Got to the counter and explained to the young lady that it was my first time here and I wasn’t sure how it worked. I just received a blank stare. There was absolutely no conversation other than the continuous “what else” from the other young lady on the line. No eye contact no nothing. Got to the cashier and asked her if they had lemonade and her exact response was “yea if there is any left”. I was with my friend and we discussed our bad customer service experience and chalked it up to it being the end of the night and we would have to try it again earlier in the day. The food was really good. Went back with my husband on 5/17 around 5pm much better customer service experience. The young lady was helpful letting me know what was spicy because the last time my food was a good but a bit spicy. Went back again on 5/18 for lunch around 12pm-1pm ish. The first young lady I encountered was really pleasant. The young lady that finished up my bowl and also worked the cash register was EXTREMELY rude. I wish I got her name. He was young, had on a sweat shirt, a yellow headwrap and her most distinctive feature was that she had braids that went past her butt. She was acting like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Again with the “what else”, no eye contact and she was rolling her eyes. Her face was tight. I don’t know….. maybe she was having a bad day. I come here a lot! I thoroughly enjoy the food. HOWEVER, I don’t appreciate my food being thrown together in the bowl! Nor do I appreciate brown avocados and stale pita chips. I’m highly disappointed as I do love this place. For the past two times I recently came here my bowls have looked like somebody dumped the food in there. I picked my order up and 1. My food was NOT in a bag and the lid was not even closed on it. The sauces I asked to be on the side in cups, were placed ON top of my FOOD in the containers! Why would anyone place containers that have been on counter inside somebody’s food bowl? The lid couldn’t close because that doesn’t fit! This place is not cheap and I believe presentation and respect of people’s money goes along way. I will not be bake for a while. This is the second time this has happened within the past week! Also the food portions are getting smaller and they aren’t telling you when something is unavailable. I paid 3+ to add Avocado just for you to give me a small piece and it was brown!!?

This was my first time ordering from Cava so I decided to order online and selected a 5 pm pickup. I arrived at 5:05 and my order was not ready. After about 6 minutes I was handed a bag, but it only had 1 of the 2 bowls I ordered. The place was so busy it was hard to talk to anyone. The second bowl arrived about 5 minutes later. I would have been just fine if they said the order would not be ready until 5:15, but to be 15 minutes late is a waste of my time and really ticks me off. If I had just stood in line and ordered I would have been out of there quicker. Cava seems to prioritize the orders of those who stand in line over the online order folks. The person filling the online order seemed to be handicapped by not being able to work directly on the order fulfillment line. There were 2 other people waiting for their online order when I finally got mine. The bowl was good but I had this weird twig in mine

Yum! I ordered a bowl from the menu . It was called Right Rice . It contained romaine, hummus , feta cheese, tazaki sauce and more. It was delicious. My dining partner had a wrap and said it was delicious as well. Next time I'll create my own bowl. The food is amazingly fresh and delicious. Definitely worth checking out !! I will definitely be back. I do wish they had a pickup window! They also have outdoor seating. Update: went again and built a bowl.Great system set up with labels , lots of choices, and very generous on the amount you're able to choose. it turned out delicious.We also ordered red pepper hummus with pita chips. The pita chips are crispy, and the hummus very flavorful. Yum! Everything was so fresh. I tried the blue berry lavender drink and it was refreshing. I recommend the lemonaid as well . The only w problem with their food is that I crave it every day now!

Yum! I ordered a bowl from the menu . It was called Right Rice . It contained romaine, hummus , feta cheese, tazaki sauce and more. It was delicious. My dining partner had a wrap and said it was delicious as well. Next time I'll create my own bowl. The food is amazingly fresh and delicious. Definitely worth checking out !!
