My family member visited from out of town and doesn't eat tomato sauce. They ordered a slice of "4 cheese white pizza" from the available selections but as they began eating there was no sauce on it just cheese on crust. They were hugely disappointed as we all assumed that the "white" meant a type of alfredo sauce. I was embarrassed for taking them there because we were at the mall food court with other options. On later researching the "4 cheese white pizza" official description is: "The cheese game is strong in this decadent pizza where we give you not one, but four cheeses on our New York Style Pizza. Blast your taste buds with a sauce made with ricotta, mozzarella, romano and asiago cheese. Pair that with garlic-infused oil, Italian parsley and an asiago herb crust and take flavor to a whole new level. That's what our 4-Cheese pizza is all about." .... a SAUCE made of hard cheeses with the exception of the ricotta and oil. That's our fault for assuming about the sauce but the title was misleading. We were clickbaited by pizza. The rest of our order was enjoyed after mopping up excess surface pepperoni oil with napkins. Vegan options were limited to salad, pasta, or a no cheese pizza.

I don’t do reviews often, especially not positive ones but this place was so rude today. The manager took our order and seemed to be more interested in rushing to the group of gentlemen next in line than completing ours. I waited patiently and informed her that we were not finished and needed to add a slice of pizza to which she replied I would “have to come back around” to order because she supposedly couldn’t hear me after hearing everything else from the same place just fine. Almost $17 for a slice of pizza and what appears to be a knock off hot pocket that wasn’t even warmed completely. I mean Stromboli. I’m sure the $2.39 “fountain drink” I was charged for a cup of water is fresh from the spring ;) Food wasn’t great, service was garbage. Edited to add they did trade it out for another Stromboli that was at least warmed completely through but still not very good. I used to love this place but it has really gone down hill.

To provide context, I grew up with Sbarro pizza. It's one of my favorites, even if it's on the commercial size. The location is like any typical mall eatery and I would say clean from what I've viewed. They heat up your slice of pizza on a conveyor belt, so that was a nice surprise. It's a good New York style crust, and the balance and flavors of cheese, sauce, and pepperoni are still the same as when I last got Sbarro at least 10 years ago. For $5-6 a slice, not a bad option for pizza at all.

Today June 19th 2016, we started calling Sbarro's at 5 :25pm to order a pizza . Mind you they don't close till 6pm. No one was answering the phone. we kept calling back, well then someone picked up the phone and hung it up right away, we kept calling back, all the calling we did, we did so while driving across the street to the Mall. Finally a guy answers the phone at 5:39 pm, my boyfriend places the order, I heard him say we are in the parking lot now, and we would like the large half supreme half pepperoni and mushroom. We walk in and my boyfriend asks for a stromboli to add to the order. well needless to say the order was almost 20 dollars. we take our order home set down to eat and what the hell do we find? a pizza not even cooked all the way. Oh cant forget the guy that made our pizza telling us he was gonna give us some advice.......... next time call earlier, my boyfriend told him that he started calling at 5:25 and they wouldnt answer. The guy then proceeded to say well then call by 5pm. I am so pissed at this place, we have gotten pizzas from her several times and never ever had this experience, and we have gotten a few on a sunday just before their closing time before. This Sbarros is going to crap. so now the food order was able to be eaten so the whole order goes back on Monday . Never again will I spent any money at this place again... oh and the toppings...

Poor service, the individuals working today around 1:45 PM, two gentlemen, and one female, standing with their arms crossed, and talking, and not really providing service. Once I asked the question if I can order a fresh cheese pie, they all looked at each other and stated it would be 20 minutes, but with a displeased look. I proceeded to let them know that it was because the pizzas that are sitting out looked old and I did not want those. I would love a fresh one and no return conversation on top of giving me the eyes basically not to order one because they did not want to make one they prefer I bought the old plastic looking pizzas that were sitting out. When my daughter and I and three grandchildren decided we’re going to walk away. They stared at us and did not even try to accommodate once we walked a little further. They proceeded to go back into their conversation as that was more important than trying to make money for the company . Never will I return or my daughter that lives in Pensacola and the three grandchildren. Very disappointing, horrible as is the summer and there’s plenty of...
