PERMANENTLY CLOSED: The Sandbar — Restaurant in Florida

Went to grab a late lunch. Waitress was amazing and that's where the positives stopped.

We ended up asking an employee who we later on found out was the bartender if there was a drink menu. She told us no, but they have beer and wine. Our Waitress informed us they have a full bar and was unsure why we were told that. We waited 35 mins for 5 drinks and we were 1 of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. While we waited we heard the bartender complain to other customers that she was slammed because a group had to order drinks.

Moving to the food. The food quality was okay but took over an hour to come out and we all got it separately. Not to mention so.e of it was cold.

Out Waitress was very apologetic stating that they were short staffed. We may have over looked the wait for that but the rudeness from the bartender and seeing the trend from other reviews this seems to be the...

Loved it! Great love music, loud enough to enjoy but still be able to have a conversation. We got the Fried Seafood platter and it was plenty for two people. It comes with two sides. Loved it! We finished up with a delicious key lime pie. It was home made we believe, if not, it tasted like one :) The young girls that seated us and waited on us were so so kind. I'm so glad we came here. We tried the Peg Leg but it was crowded, super loud and didn't have a nice view. Also, the waiting time was over an hour. I'm glad we didn't want to wait and came here. Was very high in sodium and felt like salt shaker was in my food. Did not have many thing's such as tomato’s onions and coke and crabs because delivery truck “broke down with flat tiers”. Worker was caring a vape rude watching us eat. Also have no high chairs for my new born deaf brother so we had to carry up stroller up 2 flights of steps which is very inconvenient because of having back problems. Place was cute but small, but will give them the fact of a good view. And bathroom was not clean at all and had an open shower...
