Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Peoria

This is BY FAR one of the best Pizza Hut's I've ever been to in terms of customer service. First off (about a month or two ago), we ordered a couple pizzas through DoorDash & after the driver picked everything up, she proceeded to drive RIGHT past our house. As the "estimated delivery time" continued to increase, we decided to gice her a call. Of course, she didn't answer a single one (we called over 10 times in a 15-minute period). She ended up stopping at a fire station that is roughly 3-4 miles away from our house. Now, while she got further & further from our house, my roommate decided to try to catch up to her, but as he got to the fire station where she supposedly dropped off the food, there was nothing. We called DoorDash, but they just gave us the runaround. Finally, I just went back to the Pizza Hut location & explained the situation. Without hesitation, the supervisor/manager just remade the entire order without making us wait & went to bat for us with DoorDash.

Fast forward to last week, when I put in an order for a small bday party. Unfortunately, there were a couple things wrong on that order, so Brad (the supervisor on duty) comped the majority of the meal.

Now keep in mind, we've ordered from this location at least 15-20 times over the last few years & these are the ONLY 2 instances that have had any mistakes/issues. This is an AWESOME location & I appreciate the work of each & every...

Very poor service. I had a carry out pizza with garlic knots. When I went in my pizza was not ready in time. Then I got home and my pizza was stale and salty. It tasted like it was a day old already. I called the manager Jen she apologized offered to make me a new pizza but I said no because it was way too hot and I had my 1 yr old son. Jen was the one who handed me my pizza. I told her I could bring the pizza back so she could see how hard it was and she suggested that I just eat the inside of it. I had not ate the garlic knots yet. She said she would give me a 5$ credit for next time. Then I had a couple of the garlic knots and those were hard as well. They also made me sick. So the next day I went into the store to tell someone I wanted my full credit back. She wasn't there. Then I even went the day after that and the manager explained she was still out. So yesterday I finally reached Jen and she said she couldn't give me my full credit and she would give 10% off of my next order. At this point I'm so frustrated so I ask for the corporate number and she makes a remark and precedes to tell me there isn't one and I need to go on the website. I don't know what's going on in this store that the pizza is so gross. But next time I will be watching them make it. Or just go to another...

I picked up my order like I always do since I work near this Pizza Hut I got back to work my pizza was undercooked doughy and soggy in the middle hardly any cheese and crust was not cooked well either . I have never had a problem so I called immediately and it just rang and rang then tried two more times with no answer. I then called again 3 hours later since I had a small break and I let the guy know and asked if I could maybe do a remake and put my name down for maybe next time I order he said no we don’t do that, I said oh ok what do I do he said you need to bring it back I said oh I threw it away but I guess I could get it out of the trash (which I did) I then asked could I speak to the manager he said uh ok came back on the phone and said we are busy and the manager said the same thing I said and he’s to busy I asked for their names I do have their names but I wanted to say this isn’t the entire . Also he said call corporate office we don’t do that here ???? The other food I got that day was excellent the boneless chicken wings perfect ! I always leave a tip when I pick up my food it might be not a big tip but I am very disappointed in the customer service and the way they handled...
