Sweety House — Restaurant in Peoria

I never noticed before and while I took advantage of the beautiful day alone and walking to do my little errands I stopped in to get some Dinner on the walk Home; everything looked amazing and the homemade pistachio ice cream was even made with pistachios! I got butter pecan and chocolate Cherry! It looked amazing and couldn’t wait to dig in; after noticing they charged me EXTRA BECAUSE I WANT RAINBOW SPRINKLES ON ONE OF THE SCOOPS INSTEAD OF NUTS .. 🤔 I tried letting that on go and enjoy eating something for the first time I’m over 26 years all to myself without sharing… I guess the rest is my Katma For being excited over my stingy thinking… tried the cherrry one first had a bit of an aftertaste I thought. Possibly the nuts or maybe There IS an after taste of some thing ..else … tried the pistachio and,and, the ..rock salt flavor! , I mean, I can’t even remember, because my brain in hubbling, boiling, pasta is ready to Go In !! I am so sad to say and feel horrible to even be posting this review about the ice cream but I had to find someone to pick me up , I was nearly 1/4 away from my house but i am sick to my stomach. I highly recommend everyone stop by and try this place. It’s a husband and wife that run it, and they are seriously the sweetest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. Everything in there is made from scratch by the wife, Patricia. I had the churro cheese cake and the tres leches, they were both delicious and full of flavor. The portion sizes are very generous too. You can tell these two are so passionate and put a lot of hard work in their business. I will definitely be back to try out a coffee and order the banana pudding (they gave me a sample of it and it was the best banana pudding I’ve ever tasted). My family and I just recently moved to Arizona, when I tell you from the time we walked through the doors of sweety house we felt welcomed! The owner went through the menu with us and was very patient and kind. My kids had ice cream that’s they loved, my husband and I got there churro cheesecake, banana nut bread a cookies and cream frappe and a horchata iced coffee! Everything was beyond what we were expecting, we will be back soon! Everything was soooo good I forgot to get pics of everything before eating and drinking it all lol! Would definitely recommend if your in Arizona stop by at Sweety House you won’t be disappointed😉
