As an avid stamper and mixed media artist, the hunt for the perfect store is on my list for all travel. I love exploring and discovering a store with the perfect combination, a stellar staff with a huge selection. Well Scraps of Love is both of these + more, including an extremely rewarding and easy to use loyalty program that gave me discounts immediately. First, the key point of a retail experience, a staff that know products and use them, Scraps of Love rings the biggest bell here!!! Natalie found out I have a Betterpress that’s never been used, not only did I get that demo, added on with Sam’s help, a Glimmer demo!!! IYKYK sometimes we buy things we don’t know how to use because our fave designer releases something, well no more, I am educated! Natalie, Sam, Chris & the entire staff were just the best. I did a long weekend Dina Wakley Supporter’s Retreat & every day was more delightful. I won’t mention all the special attention given here, it was over the top and the staff is a 10 out of five stars. Period. Second, also important, the selection. While stock changes, this team know all the brands, they use ‘we’ language and are always helping with recommendations as well as honest opinions to ensure value add purchases were made. It was the best happiest time for whole my traveling in Arizona🩷🤍 I'm visitor from Korea, and soooo was looking forward to visit here, finally I found every brand I want to buy in USA like Prima, 49and market, Mintay, PhotoPlay and Tim holtz. There are not many things for Tim holtz stuff, but it is enough to compensate to me with other things. It is not easy to see in Korea these brands So i couldn't left this store😭😭 There are sooooo many beautiful things, paper, die cuts, ink pads, crafts they already made. It makes me inspiration. Update: I have spent a lot of time in this store and have come to know the people that both own and work there. I can tell you they are all some of the best people in all of Arizona! You will be treated like you matter and with such a knowledgeable staff there you can get all your paper crafting questions answered!!! Previous review: Amazing store. Fantastic staff that has actual knowledge of art as well as product. soooo much new product even have a discount store next door ...crazy good deals. The classes are super cute too!!! You'll love it!
