Went Friday before Christmas we were really dissapointed. I wanted to talk to corporate. But cant get a hold of them. I tried to use coupon and they argued with me that the coupon was for online order only. Then all booths tables were tipped over i thought they were closing but it was only 6pm so we had to sit on benches with other families at the same table. And we had a group of 20 people. Then half the tables were dirty cause they other people left it a mess and no employees were cleaning up so some people were upset cause there were no other tables to sit at the only ones available were dirty. Also we thought ice machine were broken about 7 of us waiting to ask and employee if both ice dispensers were broken. The guy was just sitting there on his phone I asked him if both ice machines was broken and he said no and then he added ice. while we were waiting for the ice to be filled up 2 girls a manager and employee were talking about another girl sleeping around and other stuff. Just a bad experience for my family that came from out of town and we were all excited about coming to Peter piper before Christmas. I live closer to 3 other locations after this experience its not worth the drive anymore or to go to Peter Piper for kids birthday or for the family to get together. Read moreI went there to pick up an Uber order and it wasn’t ready yet so i was kicking back just waiting and watching and i seen a young woman, short blonde hair and glasses, pull some bread sticks out of the oven and she started telling the guy that made them that they were wrong for the third time and they were supposed to have no garlic and no butter so instead of making fresh ones, she grabbed a rag off the counter that looked like they were using for cleaning and she wiped every bread stick Off then put them in foil and a box and tried giving to me and i asked if they were the ones she just wiped off and she said yes. I told her i was not going to deliver to the customer after what i just seen and she rolled her eyes and said well then it’s going to be another 15 minutes. When the fresh ones were done she tossed them on the other boxes and shoved them forward with attitude and walked away so i had to ask another girl that was leaning on the counter if that was the order and so i looked at the order again and it said one fountain drink also so i asked them and they handed me a cup which is fine since they were busy holding up the counter and i asked what flavor did the customer order? They said idk and i asked, don’t they tell you when they place the order? And with attitude she said, I’ll look it up. I’ll probably never ever eat there knowing how they treat the food especially knowing they feed children but could care less if they get anyone sick....

Pizza tasted like cardboard but that's probably from the bad experience i had there, plus it sat under heat lamp for a long time. I am pretty sure keeping the Ranch dressing under a heat lamp has to be a health code violation. I hope we don't get sick. I called to place a phone order but got placed on hold for 10 minutes. I managed to drive the 5 miles and walk into store and was still on hold. There was no one ahead of me except some carry out pickups. There were stacks of made pizzas on food warmer. Place was very empty for a Friday. 545 PM placed my order and waited. 35 minutes later, i went up to counter to ask how much longer for the 2 Large pizzas, 1 half order of wings , 1 zucchini $55. Enployee went to the pile of boxes on the food warmer and said "Its right here!" They never paged the buzzer they handed out to me. I was furious, and hungry. I asked to speak to a manager but the employee just walked away. I had to get back in line and wait another 15 minutes to speak to a manager who was busy trying to calm down another upset customer. When i did speak with the manager, she offered to make fresh, hot pizzas-- I told her i did not have time to wait another 30-45 minutes.
