Not usually a person who leaves bad reviews but here I am. I’ve been looking for a door that fit my needs for over a year and finally one came up at kv liquidation. I made them an offer and they accepted with one condition, that I come the next day (today) and pick it up to which I agreed. I touched base this morning and let them know that it would be sometime around 2. Great, they said. At 1:50, 30 minutes into my hour drive, I get a notification that someone is in the store wanting to buy the door…. One minute later I get a notification that the door is sold. Are you kidding me? Not only am I pissed about the door ( I realize it’s just a door, but still!) and wasted time, I’ve already busted the casing off the inside and out to prep for the new door. They told me they couldn’t interfere with a sale in store…. Untrue. This is my SECOND attempted purchase here and the main reason I’m leaving a review. Six or eight months ago I stopped in to look for a vanity and specifically I saw that was available on OfferUp. I found the vanity I was looking for and attempted to pay for it… They told me sorry it was sold. (which is exactly What they told me today that they couldn’t do) No big deal, I found a vanity that fit the same dimensions and it was fine. I’m sure what happened this time is someone offered them more so they kicked me to the curb. Pretty crappy business. I hope they learn from this and either mark things sold in the future or just don’t accept offers online. Either way I...

I came back to use my credit and got a portable heater for a Christmas gift box was sealed they said it was new. I should of opened it sooner. Christmas day my wife opened and it was used had dust ,hairs and broken switch, unbelievable i was upset took it back two days after Christmas and they said it was passed my 14 day return. After i told them it was a gift and put underffnhad any issue they will warranty. Anyways the owner came out and said flat out to bad. And told me to please leave the store and to not come back. All i wanted was an exchange. This heater is junk. People please be careful if you shop there I wouldn’t recommend, if you do take it out of the box and plug it in before you leave. You will not be able to return even if they say you can. They give you a little tiny hand written receipt you can hardly reed. All the ladys there are very rude. And hardly pay attention to you. Always on there fun texting. Worth experience ever. Place is called KV Liquidation in the Peoria town center . Good luck and...
Read moreStopped in for the first time at 10 AM on a Wednesday morning. I visibly noticed 5 employees working, 3 females (2 of which were texting on their phones at the counter when I walked in. Neither of them looked up or greeted me as I walked past. The 3rd female was sitting down in a room to the left) and 2 males (1 seemed to be stocking. The other was in and out of the aisles. I was the only customer in the store. Things were very hard to locate. Looks like the majority of their inventory is indoor/outdoor lighting and sink faucets. I felt it definitely could have been more organized. Some items only had a colored sticker on them with no actual price tag. Other items I felt were over priced for a liquidation store. I went in looking for outdoor patio umbrellas. I noticed them stocked up high just as I was leaving. Right above the women's heads that were texting STILL. But after being in the store for 17 minutes, and not being acknowledged by one single employee, even while standing right in front of them looking up aimlessly at the patio umbrellas... I'll choose to spend my hard earned money...
