Stars. Full stop. Good barbecue is hard to find. This place is one of "the" spots in P-town.

It's really a homemade popcorn place. And the caramel is first-rate sweet and just enough sticky in her recipe. I put it against Abe's in Lincoln/Holland's in Washington. The flavors were strong, and we liked that... the White Cheddar tasted like it, and Butter did too.

Loved the pork ribs + rib tips. Boy, they were perfectly rubbed, great flavor... and fresh. Nice, meaty & juicy. A perfect receiver for their or your BBQ sauce.

They cook once/week on Fridays, so no day-old stuff here (have bought day-old stuff before, which masqueraded as homemade & fresh).

The sides... hands down (as evidenced by empty container) best potato salad. Yu-uh-um.
