Burger King — Restaurant in Peoria

Ordered food at 12:04, the incompetent drive thru lady started giving me someone else’s order. I corrected her told us to wait by the door. Waited for 35-40 mins with a new born in the car. Watched 5-6 people behind me get their orders. They put cheese on 2 of my whopper, and gave us regular freezes instead of the specialties. Cheese doesn’t even come on whoppers (dairy allergy). Went in to ask for manager, person taking orders at desk did not ask for her manager after saying she would. Stood their for another 10 mins. Called for them to not answer. Bf called they told my bf that we needed to wait for others to be served first, but basically by this time we were there for an hour. We were there before EVERYONE at this point it’s been an hour because the incompetence of their workers. What we order can be read on a paper that states how a customer wants their food, no one should even have to explain how to give good customer service. Only person there that gave good customer service seemed fearful of the management because they yelled at him that he needed to hand out the how to train my dragon crowns. I don’t even blame the cashiers reaction tbh she had a job to do was the person with the headset in drive thru with the biggest attitude. Update: they lied tried saying I ordered only 1 whopper. I ordered two. I ended up getting refunded by the Burger King app so all is well, but the original person even lied about the situation to try to avoid accountability. He tried to offer us free whoppers to make up for it, but I don’t even want the free whoppers. It’s past the food at this point. This is literally the worst Burger King. Fast food should be FAST not take an HOUR. This isn’t Applebees.pics for proof...

I know you are short staffed but that does not give anyone the right to treat anyone else as a second class citizen.

I placed a mobile order for pickup as I do not like waiting in drive thru for any restaurant. The doors are locked and no sign to explain that they were, you just let people walk up to the doors and figure it out, every time it is a guessing game if the inside is open or not. So next I call and you don't answer the phone... so I call corporate and they send a message to your computer system. That call being over I call back your store and ask am I going to get my order. She asks me where am I and I said side closest to car wash. Then has the audacity to say she doesn't cater to delivery persons. I'm not here for a delivery, I am here to pick up my own food! It wasn't a complicated order, just a whopper with cheese plain... nothing else. She proceeded to call me lazy plus with other employees in the background called me a few obscenities. Isn't drive thru the epitome of laziness? How is it lazy that I wanted to pickup my order?

I drove around to the drive thru window and she refused service. I already paid on the app mind you. And her attitude was ridiculous... like I was her scapegoat for her frustrations. I'm sorry again you are short staffed but I shouldn't be treated with any more or less respect than the next person. They had an employee come to the door with food and she handed it to me. So I ordered my food at 10:09 pulled around paid for my food was told to pull around to the side of the building they would bring it out to me when they came out to me she came out holding $12 and said I paid for someone else's food and that I owed them $26 but I could have this $12 back and then they would charge my card again for 26 then when I asked her for a receipt she got angry then I said I was confused I don't understand what is going on and she told me that I need to pay for my food so I did then on my receipt it says fire and police $2.36 I don't know what that is and she did credit me back $12.41 for somebody else's food get home my food is cold the fries the onion rings and the Whopper cold the chicken sandwich was okay and the only thing that was overdone was the cheesy tots that were completely so hard I couldn't eat them but they were warm I won't be going back oh she also told me that I didn't wait for the 25 minutes that I sat out there waiting that I just pulled around then she apologized because she thought I was someone else she called me someone else's name so confusing!!!!...
