I feel taken advantage of and am NOT impressed. Brought in a giant tote, of mostly name brand, Carters, Oshkosh clothing, and she went through it while we went through the store. First let me say that everything is extremely overpriced for the quality, I could hardly find anything I would feel good putting on my child. And nothing is marked less than 3 dollars. I found outfits marked for what I paid for them new! And they were stained and gross. She offered me 10 cents for 2 pairs of bibs, Oshkosh, with the tags still on. Retail at $38! I was shocked. Heaping pile of clothes, and her offer was $29 total. Then she got short and snotty with me when I nicely said I would take the bibs back because I felt they were worth more. Very unprofessional. She still got more from me than she should've. I keep wishing I had said nevermind and left. The place is a scam. Pay you pennies for good quality clothes and then charge people insane amounts to buy them. She tried to validate the pricing with "Well we only give 10 cents for onesies because we sell them for $1.25" ok, so you make over ten TIMES the money you pay and I should feel ok with that? Plus more than half what she took from me was not onesies, but was outfits, jeans, sleepers and clothes we spent hard earned money on. We will not be back here, probably not even to spend the $9 in store credit I have now. She's welcome for all the nice clothes that will sell fast and for good money I left her. I...

If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not take this guy any of your business. He claims he is hardly staying open but treats his customers horrible. I've always taken him quality clothing and settled for very little in return. I have close to $100 in store credit but can never find anything to use it on. I've never complained. Today after taking him several totes and him going through it, I asked if he would give cash or just store credit. He went off on me telling me he didn't "need" my stuff. It was more work for him. I responded that he was advertising taking donations at both stores. He then told me people get under his skin. He was cussing and throwing things and walked away from the counter. VERY rude! I ended up taking my stuff. I told him I would post on here and he told me he would block it so no one would see it. Please don't take this man your stuff. I wanted to do a 5 star review because I like stores that really help the local community and ones like these absolutely do just that and make things affordable. HOWEVER I went in today for my first time and met with a grandmother desperately looking for items for two babies she was trying to get out of dcfs custody and provide a safe and better home for them. We spoke and bounded a bit and her story made me want to help so I offered her my extra stroller because thats what we do when it comes to the families in need in our community. We help were we can. The owner overheard me and after she walked away snapped at me saying I was taking food off his kids dinner table. He didnt have the items she was even looking for. He made me feel like absolute crap for doing what I believe was the right thing for a grandmother who seemed to be distressed with her situation.
