I ordered a drink on line. I’m not even sure what size it was because I don’t understand anything other than small, medium, and large which Starbucks doesn’t use. Anyway I asked for some room to be left at the top so I could add my shake. I go to pick up the coffee and the girl on the intercom is explaining to me how the size I ordered gives me less coffee but I’m paying for more and she asked would I like to size up. I said okay sure that makes sense. Get to the window and the guy felt the need to explain it to me all over again like, I just had this conversation we agreed the coffee would be sized up to a venti I think it was. What really did it for me was the fact that someone wrote “what?” On the cup sticker like I’m slow or something. I’m sorry, I don’t care enough about coffee to learn Starbucks sizing lingo, there’s other important things to tend to in the world. When the guy handed me my coffee and I seen the word “what?” written on it I said “oh wow someone wrote what? on my cup and I laughed about it but let’s be very honest. You’re a barista at Starbucks, that certainly does not give you the right to think you’re better or smarter than someone else. I’ll stick to Dunkin and deal with the lady screaming at me through the intercom...
Read moreI'm on the road all day in Peoria, and I end up stopping at Starbucks twice a day. I have been to all of them in Peoria and East Peoria, and am on a first name basis with a good number of the wonderful baristas working there. I don't often go to the the one on Knoxville, and after today never will. The young girl working there had the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered at a Starbucks. She walked up to the window rolling her eyes, then decided to do something else for a bit, before coming back to take my order. While placing my order I asked if I could throw my empty Starbucks cup in their trash, since for some reason only this location doesn't have recepticles anywhere outside. She threw a hissy fit about how they can't accept trash because of "covid", which is the same excuse they gave for not allowing customers to use their PUBLIC restroom. I could understand those reasons if it was a company wide mandate, but this is literally the only one doing this, and the reason is that they opened a Starbucks in a bad neighborhood. Trust me, do yourself a favor and go to any one of the many in Peoria that is employed with great people. This...
Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks ever and i have been all over Il, MS, TN, AR, . They are very nice people they just suck at doing the job. They time management is very poor. They think long conversations in the drive thru is OK and it's very unprofessional. I order the same thing everyday and the same people mess it up everyday. Their listening skills are very poor I really don't even think the care. This is the only location that will have you waiting 7 minutes for 1 drink. This location is so poor it saved me a lot of money I was going 3 to 4 times a day now we only go 1. They make the brand look bad. I only left this honest review because I can count on both hands how many times they messed the same order up within the last few months. Also the cakes are always stale, the banana nut...
