I've been frequenting this location for 3 plus years and never had a bad experience until recently. The employees are always great and friendly and the owners have always been a little less than excited to help customers, but this last visit takes the cake. I submitted an online order with special instructions. I waited a few minutes before leaving my destination so I would get there right as the order should have been done, but I walked into a virtually empty store, told the manager I had an online order and it hadn't even been started. I waited an additional 12 minutes (which doesn't seem like a lot, but I only had 30 to get there and back) and finally got my order, took it back to work only to find the special order hadn't been fulfilled correctly. We called the location to let them know of the mistake and the owner didn't offer any sort of apology and stated that my order didn't have a special request per their ticket. No offer to correct the issue, no apology, NOTHING. Submitted a complaint to corporate only to get an email from the owner of this location and STILL he was insistent that they did nothing wrong and still no hint of an apology. Read moreSo this gets 1 star the Brand Quiznos is Amazing.... we love love love their sandwiches. However I'm assuming this a husband wife team that manage/own it. For starters I order the sandwich of the day and when I went to pay he said it wasn't that one it was a different one and wouldnt honor the price and was rude. But let it go cause I love their food. I saw the wife/female worker putting my guac on, she grabbed a nice Amt when I was discussing the issue of the price on the other sandwich. I think cause I turned my focus away she barely put a skift of it cause I couldnt see or taste it. Anyway manager suggested the tots and they we horrible! No seasoning and not even all the way cooked, they both were irritated when I took them back up and asked to switch for chips. Customer service is not their strong point at all. When I went to ring out, who i assume is the manager, got up from sitting in the eating area where he was just reading the paper. He was rude from the start. Didn't even look up from the register and asked if that was all. I said yes and then held up the quiznos app that had my 8" free sub on it. The gentleman said "Sir that expired yesterday". I explained it expired from the T-Mobile Tuesdays app but not the Quiznos app. I still had 2 days and x hours left to use it from the Quiznos app. He replied with "Yeah, well this store doesn't honor that coupon". After how rude he was and he seemed like he was just lying so he didn't have to give me a free sub, I decided I didn't even want the sub. Definitely not going back to this location.
