Terrible experience!!! I Paid full price for my wife's engagement ring and within 2 years the center stone cracked in half. Jim, the owner told me that it is common for princes cut diamonds to crack which of course was never mentioned when I purchased it. They did not offer to sell me a warranty when I purchased the ring because, "it is too expensive and not worth it" so they wanted to charge me 1/3 the original price to replace the center stone. Long story short, I had it replaced elsewhere because Jim refused to do anything for me and tried to pawn the problem off on my insurance. Fast forward 3 months and a small diamond around the center stone has now fallen out. I called Jim today to see if he would finally do something to take care of his customers and he told me, "you didn't have me to do the replacement work so that problem is not mine, it is for the person who replaced your center stone." I will never visit that place again and suggest that everyone avoid Crider Jewler...

We have used Crider Jewelers as our family jewelers for a number of years. We moved five years ago but are willing to drive the hour to their store. Robin had been our sales lady and shows use quality jewelry at reasonable prices. She provides no pressure sales and is very knowledgeable of the jewelry items. Owner Jim takes the time to talk to us not only about jewelry but always asks about our family and us. If we have a question, we can email Jim and either he or one of the associates responds quickly. We are truly comfortable with and enjoy shopping at Crider...

I was looking for a special Pandora charm and called the store and asked if they would mind checking for me. The wonderful young lady Victoria was not only knowledgeable enough to know which charm I was asking about, but was quick to locate and hold the charm for me. The store staff entertained me in conversation while she finished with the customer in front of her and to top it off a quick holiday wrap of the gift and out the door I go. Just Wow.
