Sadly, I am very disappointed with this 5 Guys. We have frequented this location several times over the years. In fact, THIS was our first location we had ever visited! I wished I could share the photos of this last visit. It was very “dirty” which is unusual for any 5 Guys. The stainless steel walls, particularly the one by the cash register of all places. Not only handprints but also smeared grease and drippings. (and not just recent). Sadly, the whole restaurant was very unkempt. Dirty floors. The trash cans were dirty on the outside of container. The drink dispenser was sticky and dirty. AND, it was NOT busy. In fact, we were only the 24th customer order. And the only customer except one other couple there at that time. There were 4 employees working, clearly talking and joking around. Must not have good supervisors or just not good work ethics perhaps. The employees were very nice but there are things that also can be cleaned. Walking into a 5 Guys, I’ve always felt it was clean and efficient. But not anymore. I suggest you get their act together because for what it costs, $33 for 2 people…which I don’t mind for good food but I don’t like the feeling of uncleanliness. Just not appropriate for a place serving food. Secondly, aren’t the employees with long hair supposed to wear hair nets or tied back? Distasteful also. Like I said, I wished I could share my photos. Not sure if we will return to this store....
Read moreNormally this is my go to burger joint. Its a bit pricey but worth it until tonight. I order 3 burgers and a large fry. Let's just say that my experience from start to end was anything but favorable. My order lacked the toppings that I ordered, and the usual fries that could normally feed an army was a cup full. No problem, who needs the carbs, however when you order mushrooms, onions, BBQ sauce, A1, and more, and come home with 1 pickle, cheese, and bacon, that by the way I didn't order, and pay close to $15 a burger, you put a call into the store. All I can say is WOW! All I wanted was an apology and was returned with that fact that I was wrong, and apparently can't see what is actually on my order because the manager personally made it and he doesn't make mistakes. Again all I asked for was an apology and was returned with he wasn't going to apologize for something that he knows he didn't do wrong. He was going to go watch his cameras to see exactly how he made these burgers. The call ended unfavorably and me, the customer will now never return to that establishment. Why, because people want to support local businesses, but not when the management is unable to handle discrepancies in a favorable manner. I wasn't asking for any recompense, just an apology. Everyone makes mistakes, but to tell a guest that they are wrong when you are looking right at their mistake,...
Read moreSo...I was discriminated against at Five Guys today. Not wishing to desecrate his holy temple, and not wishing to fulfil Revelations 13, by my Lord's instruction I refused to take my mark and was refused service at this location.
Directly behind me, a woman with a medical condition was refused service as well.
Five Guys has become discriminatory, unlawful, and un-GODLY. I will not take part in satisfying REVELATIONS. For their discrimination and ungodliness I shall never eat here again. I suggest you vote with your heart, conscious, and dollar and support OTHER businesses that refuse to...
