If I could give zero stars I would. I bought 250 dollar keens from this place and realized I needed wide toe. I wore the boots for an hour. The guy at the desk seen a tiny bit of dirt on the underside of the boot and said they are non returnable. Mind you I have been shopping at this same store for 15 years. I have never had a problem in the past but these boots were messing with the part of my foot that was broken a couple years back. If the boots were really scuffed up and dirty I could understand. But there was a tiny bit visible. The boots are in perfect condition with nothing wrong with them. So if the attendant would have taken a damp cloth to the small dirt spot they would be flawless. So zero stars for them don't shop here it's not just boots. There store policy says if there worn then non returnable. So my union brothers and sisters stay warned. Don't throw...

Watch out for generic red wings . Been buying boots every year for years from HammerHubers . Talked one of my colleagues into upgrading his boots to Red Wings. Even told him to come here. The lace hooks are garbage and break off. I told him to take them back Red Wings never do that. They told him he ties his boots too tight. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard and they didn't replace them. I could literally pull as hard as I want and my laces would break before the hooks would ever pull away from the boot. I'm so embarrassed I talked him into spending that much on boots and they didn't hold up for even a month. I will not be returning...

So my wife wanted to support a local store, so she went to Hammer Hubers in Sandusky ohio, (instead of Amazon.) she tried on the shoes in the store and they fit. They were $120.00. She took them home and wore only inside the house to get used to them and they killed her feet so she took them back. They told her because they had little marks from her house they would not take them back or let her trade for something else. They told her to call the manufacturer. This would have never happened if it were a store like Amazon or Kohls. So much for supporting your local Business. Please Dont shop...
