Jaron Micah was fabulous and the main reason I decided to purchase furniture from Lazy Boy! He listened to my likes and dislikes and came up with a 3D rendition of a new possible great room that fit me to a tee! He was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was patient and gracious and most importantly he was not pushy! He was definitely interested in making sure that I would be happy with my purchases! He is an extremely talented young man and an important asset to your company! Hold onto him and buy him lunch some time! He deserves too be appreciated!! Grace was also sweet, helpful and patient! Everyone at the store was friendly and welcoming! Nice...

Was scheduled for delivery today but it was canceled yesterday. This seems to happen at every furniture store. Maybe next Thursday??? Sales reps were great and it's Lazyboy so the furniture will be qualify but for a $99.99 delivery fee it should be guaranteed or free delivery. Wouldn't that be nice? Feel bad for businesses having to hire people...
