I never thought buying a mattresses would be such an exciting endeavor, and Tami made this happen. We met Tami on a weekday, no one else in the store and off the bat she was friendly, polite, and professional. She knew the in and outs of the store products and helped my partner and I find the right mattress for us. She had us try different products, running from one side to the other, making it fun and exciting to understand our needs. When the time came to it, she provided us with the space and privacy for my partner and I to talk and come to a decision. We never felt pressured, and on the contrary--we felt helped finding the best option for us. We both have opposite preference in comfort. Soft vs firm. Yet Tami helped us find the comfy spot for us. Lastly, delivery was within two days! TWO days! Arrived promptly, and the two gentlemen that brought the mattress did not hesitate to move and carry where we asked them to. We couldn't be happier and know that this investent was done right with the exceptional help...

We purchased a Sealy Rockstar back in July. After receiving the bed we found multiple defects with the bed sagging and having a giant hump in the middle.We were scared that we had gone past the 120 day return policy. After going back to the store Diane got right to work fighting to make this all right for us. She was very knowledgeable with all the beds in our price range and we narrowed down the perfect warranty replacement for us. They changed finance companies days after we had financed the original bed which made a warranty replacement logistically very difficult to happen. In spite of that, Diane worked her magic and made it happen with such professionalism and customer courtesy and made this difficult process rather enjoyable considering things. She was absolutely awesome! 10/10 I recommend Diane and Mattress Warehouse for your next bed purchase! Great...

What a wonderful experience. The process of finding just the right mattress can be very overwhelming. After months of trying out mattresses at many locations, I kept coming back to Kimberly for more advice & explanations of the various types available nowadays. Kimberly is very patient, funny, caring, and a wealth of knowledge. During my search, she allowed me to lay around for hours testing the mattresses. She definitely wanted to help me find what I needed. . . which is exactly what she did. 3 days later, my new mattress was delivered - without having to wait at home for hours & hours for the truck! All the staff involved in this process were friendly, courteous and professional. I will gladly recommend Mattress Warehouse to any friends looking for a new mattress.
