i hate that I have to do a google review! My husband and I were sat at a table. we walked in at roughly 7pm, and we gave our drink orders and our app order. Our server then came back to us twice to make sure she got our sauce right in our sampler app⦠we are sitting across a couple and next to a i believe was a 5 top. As we are waiting* for our drinks, our app is cooking and we notice the women of the couple across from us had to go to the kitchen to get silverware and plates for their food. i notice this almost immediately. My husband and i notice our app came but still no drinks. Our server just set it down and ran off. at this point itās been 15 minutes give or take. which would be awesome if we had silverware and plates. Our server made sure to bring us napkins, but still no drinks. While it seemed our server was avoiding us, i allowed her to approach us to make sure our app was still good and so we can order to then remind her. She then approached us asked if we were ready to order about 15 min later. we tell her our food order and we tell her we needed plates and our drinks. she ran off very quickly. after waiting a total of 35 min, i went to the bartender to get our drinks⦠i tried to give our server the benefit of the doubt as myself being a past server. while noticing all of her other tables cups were empty and customers asking for drink refills and someone walking up to her just to pay their tab. we notice her running other servers drinks to other tables but seeming to avoid her section, the women of the couple came up to us and had roughly same experience as us⦠said they will not be returning. overall our app became cold, we didnāt want it no more. by the time i got our drinks our entrees were almost ready, and i asked for the manager and said we didnāt even want to eat here anymore. we paid for our entrees (which we took home) but insisted on app and drinks being taken off. and the topping on the cake was that couples that walked in after us finished their meals and paid just as i got our drinks. we will not be returning, this really was my favorite place and had no other issues until recently. overall- terrible service,...

We sat there and watched people who ordered after us get their food before we did but I reassured the person that I was with that maybe they had a smaller order. Not sure if this was done on purpose or not because when we first put in our order we kindly asked how long the order would be before we placed it with them because we just wanted to make sure it wouldnāt take long they said it should be out in 10 minutesā¦so we even went out of our way to tip them some cash appreciating the fact that they were going to get our order done quickly. The lady was very rude and inconsiderate when we asked how much longer it would be after 35 minutes of waiting and finally she brought out our food- It was cold. Our fries that came with our wings were cold. The 10 pieces they gave us were very small. And COLD. And we made sure to ask for it to be wet and the wings were dry not even any sauce on them. Not to mention they didnāt apologize and we were very patient with them. These employees simply didnāt understand the basic principle that when youāre paying money for food and youāre expecting it to turn out a certain way that it is more than fair to be upset if it doesnāt turn out the way it does, especially when weāre paying money. This is my first time writing a review about any restaurant but Iām extremely disappointed with the way they handled our order and how they treated us.
Also I called them a couple times and they didnāt answer my phone someone picked up and then hung up. I simply wanted to tell the manager about my experience but I guess these days everything is considered being a āKarenā.

Ā Ā Ā Read more02/08/25 We went in for lunch today with a couple of friends. First, they had no pop, which was not a big deal considering they were just out of CO2 and things happen. However, 2 of us ordered drinks, our server ID us, I got my drink AFTER I got my actual food, and the other person never recieved theirs at all. When we recieved our food we also had no silverware and had to get up and get it ourselves. We got a side of fries and there were barely any fries at all which was annoying but we did not complain about that. Then we bit into our wings and our food was not even warm. We complained to the server about this and she asked us if we wanted her to remake it. We said that it was okay, we didn't need it remade, and she said that she would tell her manager. Im assuming she did not because we did not even recieve a discount on our food for this god awful experience. The best part is that the whole time we heard multiple of the staff complaining about how they were "so slow" and "no one was here". This experience was the worst experience at a buffalo wild wings I have ever had.
Update 02/09/25 I am quite impressed with the general management. I came home yesterday, posted a review, and filled out the form on their website expecting nothing to come of it. However, the next day after sending in a complaint, I got a call back from the general manager Jessica. She was super kind and apologetic. She asked who the server was and apologized for everything.
