This place should honestly be shut down. I went there to pick up a DoorDash order that I later learned from my customer had been placed almost an hour before I accepted it in my Dasher app. As soon as I walked in I noticed there were several other people scattered around and nobody standing at the register. Nothing was on the mobile pickup rack so I had to wait until someone came out to the dining room to ask about it. Once somebody finally did they could barely speak English but I was still able to let them know why I was there and the name for my pickup order. After 5 minutes or so she came back out and said they never received the order. So I go back to my car and let both my customer and DoorDash support know of the situation to try to figure out what to do next. After some time my customer is able to re-submit her order so I head back into the restaurant. Same story as before: several people scattered around and nobody at the register. After about 10 minutes I notice an employee putting a bag on a table behind the counter and putting stickers on it. He asks one of the people in there if they were there for a DoorDash, to which they said no. He then turns around to walk away without asking anyone else if they were there for it. As he was walking away I shouted "I'm here for one!" He didn't hear me. If you had a DoorDash order ready why not put it on the mobile pickup rack where it belongs? After a few more minutes he repeats the same process of asking only one person if it was theirs without acknowledging the rest of the people by the register, myself included. After this point I had to just unaccept the order in my Dasher app because I had other deliveries I needed to make, which subsequently lowered my delivery completion rate by 2%. Overall I wasted around an hour waiting for this place to get it together when I could've been out making more deliveries. I can't help but wonder if I missed out on any good deliveries because I was waiting there so long for nothing. I now will most likely have to avoid accepting orders from this location which will probably lower my acceptance rate as a DoorDash driver, which will in turn make it less likely for me to be given more higher paying deliveries to choose from. Read moreThis Taco Bell is one of the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! I use to work for Taco Bell and I understand the policies that were given to me and why. Clearly the mangers at this Taco Bell should've been fired a long time ago. When we pulled up to the drive thru, and we started to order once we said hello . Then the person taking our order started to have an attitude and it was clearly heard . The tone of the women's voice was rude . Right from the beginning, then we finished ordering and get to the window where she took the card we paid with . She was being rude again for no reason, with body gestures to match her attitude. She's was rolling her eyes and giving up dirty looks for not grabbing the drinks at her speed. Then we get our food , and we were missing items and we knew that , since we checked at the window. While we were checking she continued to roll her eyes at us while we were there . Then we tell her we were missing a nachos and probably more . But we just asked for what we could clearly point out was missing . Let me remind you 1 nachos and cheese . Not 17 burritos but 1 nachos and cheese . It took almost 5 minutes to get them . And the girl at the window which was a manger was still rude . On top of them making mistakes through out our order ( which we found later), their hygien was terrible too. There was two workers ( again both managers ) with nothing covering their hair. Both with hair that was long enough to fall into food or not be considered sanitary to have out without a hair net or a hat . On top of that our food was not made correctly. When you order a burrito supreme and there is nothing that is suppose to be crunchy inside of it , and you take a bite to crunch on something and figure out it was the meat which had clearly been sitting out for way to long . I don't know how you can make meat there crunchy like that and it scares me to even think of how that happened . I can't believe this Taco Bell hasn't been shut down for...
Read more100 minute wait to get to the window. Food was still not yet made and no understanding of how long it would be (about another 10 minutes). They are taking in orders from various sources (walk-ins, drive thru, mobile app, food delivery sources) but even if they did have (or use) infrastructure to shut down some sources of orders, they clearly just have no handle on their process to organize and fill orders. No one is happy. I don't know if it's one problem employee who's just not working or what, but this isn't a "too many incoming orders" problem when they can't fulfill any individual orders quickly or rationally. So even hiring more people (as indicated as their misspelled chaotic hiring sign) wouldn't help. It's a training, organizing, and most of all management problem. This is incompetence. No one knows what to do or how they should be doing it, clearly. This is a complete and utter process failure. They can't make fast food. And with this high volume of trapped, pre-paid, tired, hungry, impatient people - and I saw a lot of desperate Uber drivers, rowdy teens, and angry grown men stacking up like a pressure cooker - ownership needs to start recognizing a legal issue for the restaurant failing to deliver goods and services, or more importantly, a safety issue for employees put on crowd control, is inevitable at this rate. Even the reputation must be socially and financially toxic already. It's simply not a way to run a restaurant. And if leadership thinks simply throwing a few more new employees into the broken foundation is going to make it better, then leadership and ownership is part of the problem. Walk-ins can walk out but drive thru cars, uber drivers, and even the employees are basically hostages in a trap. Family called us to make sure we didn't get into a car crash. My girlfriend cried when we finally got home starving and tired. For everyone's sake, clean house...
