i’d give a zero star if i could. the workers here are over all rude and do not have good customer service AT ALL. my drink was make wrong when i had them remake it and drove off the lady at the window rolled her eyes when i drove off (mind you i didn’t give attitude at all i never do i am very well mannered). another occasion when i was ordering i ordered a venti when i got to the window my drink was a grande i told them i ordered a venti the manager came and gave attitude saying “she said she ordered a venti but she didn’t she ordered a grande” everyone in my car heard me order a venti. there had been several other occasions i could write about with this specific location. as a old starbucks barista its not hard to be polite and to do ur job i had rude customers i never once rolled my eyes or was rude to them i reflected on myself and thought ok how can i make sure this doesn’t happen what actions in myself can i take to make sure my customers leave happy with their drinks like said it’s not hard to do ur job or just work...
Read moreI just visited (Jan 19th: Sunday evening, a bit after 8 pm). Keep in mind I've been here before with much better attention to service. I ordered three drinks. The grande peppermint hot chocolate was actually coffee (my guess it was confused with mocha, common mistake) but the one drink I ordered (venti green tea matcha latte) was way more disappointing. We had taken our drinks to go, so I had only noticed the questionable lump of some kind on seedy fruit (my guess passion fruit or kiwi that had no business in my drink) by the time I had finished my green tea. The boys behind the counter were obviously not paying enough attention to what they were putting in our cups. I hope everyone else ordering this night doesnt also find an unwanted surprise in their drinks. Other than today's visit my past experiences at this place have been great, but tonight's been an utter disappointment. I suggest the baristas that worked this evening shift to better their attention to detail as they prepare drinks....
Read moreNot a good experience at all. For starters I was there 10 minutes before the buy one get one Happy hour was over, needless to say I did not make it to the speaker in time. So I ordered via mobile as I was already in the drive thru path, no way to get out at thus point. And since this was the first time I wasn't sure how it worked, when I got to the speaker I advised them it was a mobile order and they responded ok. That gave me the ok to advance, when I finally arrive to the window they didn't even have my drink order, they had to look at my phone to make sure I was picking up at the right location...which I was. And they had to reenter my order into their system because they supposedly did not get a ticket print out and i had to wait for them to make it...😲😲😲😲 One hour from when I arrived to when I left the drive thru.
