Went today for the first time with my husband. He asked the man for a FOHAWK FADE. The man ended up giving him just a fade. It seems like he gave my husband what everybody asks for there. every person there had the same haircut and it seems like he ignored what my husband asked for and gave him the haircut he's used to giving. He was also yapping on his phone the entire time he was getting my husband a haircut so if he wasn't yapping on his phone and he was paying attention he would have known what my husband asked for he tried to deny it to me that my husband asked for a fohawk but I heard my husband ask for it. It seems the guy does not know what a fohawk fade is and he's a barber? He needs to learn to pay attention he would have done a really good job if he had asked just for a fade but he didn't, he asked for a fohawk fade. I'm so embarrassed and upset because I'm the one who recommended this place to my husband because they were always busy and it seemed like a nice place. I shouldn't have even paid them but I did pay them for services rendered because he did cut his hair. But he did a horrible job. Fade was too high on the sides. Gave them their card back. Won't be going there every again and will be letting people know this isn't a good spot. I also realized the guy didn understand me clearly because he didn't speak English well, so there's that. He didn't speak a word until after. I did hear him speaking Spanish on the phone but I thought he was bilingual. That explains it. He could have said something. He could have said he didn't understand what my husband wanted....
   Read moreI donât have a specific barber I go to because they are all just amazing. However, i donât know any barber names so every time I make an appt, I get assigned a barber at that time. When I show up to my appt on time, no one greets or assist or ask who your appt is with. So we sit there expecting to be called and no one helps until we have to ask who our barber is. By then, that barber already took in people before you that came in after you. They just need a better customer service system in place. Greet your customers. Not even the girl sitting at the desk knows what she is doing. She just saw us come in and thatâs it. At least ask who your appt is with and let that barber know that the appt showed...
   Read moreRudy is a cool and quick. The chick working the front desk don't know what the Hell she is doing. If you plan on walking in and its at least 3 to 4 hours before closing forget it they don't take walk ins. If you call for an appointment forget it. They don't keep them. Rudy is the only reasonable guy here. I once had called ahead to make sure we could be seen as a walk in for me and my 2 sons and we waited 2 hours for only 2 customers to get their hair cut before us. While 2 other barbers just sat in their chairs. Their cuts are good but no professionalism in that building.
