I was there and picked up some cycle shoes that were only $1 a piece. Went up to the cash register, and the cashier was so rude. She says, "I can't ring this up it doesn't have the bar code. I don't want to get in trouble for selling this." 1st lie. Barcodes were on to ring it up. Plus, I saw another worker in the store, surprised about the price, and said, "You got yourself a deal." All they have to do is use that to ring it up. Call a manager up who was a bit better with the attitude. Cashier says to manager their aren't any tags on for me to ring up. 2nd lie. There were so many price tags on them that just stacked on top of each from sitting there so long and no one buying them. Mind you, they were the Nike brand. The manager says we can't sell them they were supposed to take them off the shelves and send them back to the other store. I bet they took them home and posted them online...
Read moreNot too bad of a store, honestly. The men's department is a little disorganized, small sized mixed with large, XXL mixed with medium, of course, that can be from customers who can't spare five minutes of their time to put back what they don't want.
Prices are mostly reasonable, i saw some pricing that was a little much for what the item was worth. Selection of clothing is mediocre, but thats what you get at a liquidation/overstock/defective goods store.
Home items are decent, not too poorly priced, and mostly worth what they're asking. As well as electronic, hygiene, and other staples.
They have a rewards program, not entirely sure what you get from it, but I'll give it a try for the next few times I go in and purchase from them.
All in all, its not a terrible store, not thr greatest. I remember how excited people were for them to open here, i can mostly see why they were, not...
Read moreThere are fantastic deals throughout the store if you like the thrill of a hunt. Prices of tops at $3, $4, or $5 on end of season attire are waiting, providing you have the patience to go through EVERY rack. The racks are a jumbled collection of anything goes, from kid clothes to womens to mens, while the size markers seem to be just a decoration. The sales associates were doing their best to keep the register going and returning clothing to the sales area. Why don't customers realize that taking a couple of seconds to put clothing back on the rack in the same/correct area after looking at it helps everyone? Better yet, pick the shirt up from the floor and put it back on a hanger. It's not taking a job away, it's helping a short staffed, harried associate. Keep the great deals coming. Just make it a little easier...
