Went to the store at about 2:25 pm on Sat 3/30. There was another couple in the store waiting for their order. I placed my order in store at the kiosk for the 6 different cookies. We had looked online before going to the store and they showed ALL cookies were available . We thought about ordering online but last time we ordered online even though all cookies showed available, they were not when we picked them up. While the workers were preparing the orders, the one worker at the closest counter, instead of preparing cookies kept watching out the front window. She finally stopped working and ran over to the front door and locked it! The other couple jumped like what the hell and the worker told them, don't worry, we will unlock it and let you out when you get your cookies. That couple ordered 2, 4 packs of cookies. The workers completed 1 four pack that included a carrot cookie but during the 2nd 4 pack they approached the couple and said that they had just ran out of carrot cake cookies and could they give them a gift card and a free cookie. They said do whatever. They finally got their cookies and ended up having the unlock the door themselves in order to let themselves out. They then started my order and it was not long before they approached and said, sorry we are out of carrot cookies and can we give you a free cookie card. I said, I came for the carrot cookie. The 2 workers looked at each other and the worker in the back said, I think I might have one more carrot cookie in the back. God was in the building that day as she walked into the back, grabbed the already baked carrot cookie, and frosted it and but it in my box. It was a miracle! I heard on my out the door that one worker said to other , we need 1 more carrot and 2 strawberry to finish the next order that was waiting In the parking lot. I went to my car and opened the app to check cookies.....and low and behold, ALL cookies were suddenly out of stock! It seems like every time we order, they end up running out of cookies, or are they just being lazy and deceitful? Such a shame as the cookies...
Read moreYou don't accept CASH?!! Really...??! We stopped for a quick treat and found out that our business is, apparently, not valued.... because we tried to pay with cash...?! We also have an important birthday party coming up and wanted to check out some flavors to see if we might want to serve your cookies instead of the traditional birthday cake. Needless to say, if you refuse to accept my preferred method of payment -- U.S. "legal tender" CASH -- then I will find someone who does. I think it's great that retailers give options for payment, because many people do use credit/debit cards. However, some of us do not always use plastic, especially for something like a drink or a cookie; and to be told that my money -- U.S. currency, right here IN the USA -- is not accepted....... well, apparently you don't want or need my business. Also, I wonder if you expect every young person, (teens?), who might visit your store to have a credit/debit card, etc...?? **PS - FYI.... You do have competitors who still value ALL customers and happily accept cash. Just thought you...
Read moreI just love Crumbl and how quick and friendly their service is. Tonight was no exception! I went at 8:30 pm and ordered 12 cookies, one of which was still cooking. The sweet girl at the counter told me it would be 8 minutes plus time to cool. I readily agreed because I was listening to a good audio book. I went to my car and waited, watching as more people came and she served them all quickly and friendly. I know she was worried about the time, but honestly, she had told me and I could see her working frantically on all the orders. When she came out, she not only delivered it with a smile, but she also brought me a coupon and apologized for the wait. What an amazing, thoughtful employee. She truly showed she loved her job and knew how to serve. I can't wait to go again. This place always...
