I placed an order for dinner. Got a confirmation email. Went hiking with plans for dinner to be ready when we got home. Then at 5:30 - about 45 minutes before the meal should have been delivered - I got an email saying that my order was canceled and they gave me no reason. We were out hiking so I didn't notice it until here we are sitting here waiting for our food and I check my email and there it is. They told me that I should have received a message and it happened immediately. When I told them that it did not happen immediately they said oh yeah you're right. They told me the reason why is they don't deliver to Rohnert Park. So I could have just gone and picked up my food if I'd known that they weren't going to deliver it but instead I got shafted and now I got to go figure out something else for dinner....

I LOVE PFT. We have used their service in so many different situations, and it has never been less than stellar. We've had them deliver pizzas to tired regatta crews, pizzas to teens at home and hungry, subway sandwiches not from SUBWAY to a HS film crew in Novato.... You can create an account, order online (on the bus home, dad?), have it delivered (with tip included in online payment), and never worry. Text updates tell you where your food is. Fabulous local company. We love you, food taxi! And we are the type who normally cook from scratch at home, so it's gotta be good! Oh, and our favorite pizza is from New Yorker, which doesn't deliver and only takes cash. This changes...

Anytime I'm needing food delivered all I had to do is place my order with Petaluma food taxi and I'd receive a time of arrival if there was anything wrong or missing from my order it wasn't a problem to jus contact them and they would make things right .
