I had been to two other bridal stores and was let down not only by the dresses but also by the customer service, but this boutique was completely different. I found my dress and to my surprise it was very affordable. All their dresses are beautiful and I was stuck between three dresses so it made the decision so hard but it was a good problem to have lol. Alexis helped me out and she was so sweet! She texted me the day before to welcome me and ask a few questions so that she could get an idea of what I was looking for. The day of, I was welcomed by Alexis and the other team members and they were all amazing to my guests and myself. The visit did not feel rushed at all. It was such an amazing experience. The layout was beautiful. The changing rooms are so cute. The enthusiasm in them trying to help you find your dress is perfect! They definetly do not pressure you into buying their dresses but will offer all the help you’d like. I didn’t walk into this store thinking I would say yes to the dress but I am beyond grateful I did. I had such a great time shopping at Evermore. I'd been looking around for over a year but hadn't found thee dress yet. I made an appointment with Evermore on a whim, and it turned out to be the best decision ever. They have a wonderful selection for very reasonable prices. So much so that I was able to buy a ceremony and reception gown for under budget. Renee and the ladies of Evermore were fabulous! Prior to arrival, Renee reached out to me confirming my appointment and requesting example photos of what I had in mind. She had already selected dresses that fit with my vision by my arrival. However, she was completely supportive when I veered and selected dresses that were the complete opposite. I actually came to this appointment alone, so the consultants offered to be my entourage. LOVE Evermore! Im based in RVA and trust me, the 30 min drive was worth it. I was so nervous going into dress shopping, and as soon as I walked into Evermore I immediately felt at ease and had the best time. They are very inclusive with pricing and sizing (seriously, they choose which designers they work with based on these elements!) and I'm so glad it's the first place I went shopping. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I worked with Alexis as my stylist, and after a few minutes of chatting it felt like I was hanging out trying dresses on with an old friend.
