Brought an expensive watch in for a battery. After more than 20 minutes working on it he brought it out. It ran for 20 minutes and stopped. I took it back and he tested the new battery and said it was fine. I just had it looked at by my jeweler at home and was shown all the damage done by Dittmar. Interior parts scratched, screws that never should have been taken out to replace a battery left loose and damage to the movement. Just sent it to the manufacturer to see if it can be salvaged or if I have to replace it. Horrible experience in a shop that gets good reviews. Went in to get some batteries and some new straps for a few time pieces. He tested the batteries and said they were fine. Mr. Dittmar was extremely patient with me while I compared several Citizen watches today at his store in Petosky, MI. I've been checking out the Blue Angel's for a couple years now.
