Our GFS rep and delivery driver are amazing. However, placing an order for in store pickup is an absolute painful experience. The GFS store is way understaffed. You are typically greeted by unfriendly staff and clueless workers who rarely get the order right and the process takes 20 - 30 minutes minimum. The manager is very friendly and always offers to help load, but he is usually the only one. I think lack of training and organisation is really the problem here.
