Rarely give low reviews however tonight’s experience was exactly that. I would give negatives or zero if allowed. Anyway, showed up with my family around 9:05pm. Gal sat us down quickly and then waiter (Tom) approaches asking about drinks. We order waters and he seems off at this point. Anyway, we then wait and wait and wait for him to come back to take our orders. He has noticed our menus are closed and visits neighboring tables multiple times. It’s now 9:45 and at this point we’re fed up. We leave and on our way out I confront him (I catch him mopping the floor). He puts on a good act and says “oh I forgot” and then has the audacity to say “you should have just reminded me”. Cmon guy, you have one job to do in this world and you want me to remind you how to do it? You didn’t forget, you chose to forget. Anyway, I asked for the manager, Jason approaches. He offers a $50 gift card to make things right (which I didn’t take) and acknowledges that waiter Tom shouldn’t have done this and it will be dealt with appropriately. I asked for the owners name, Jason writes it down. Mr forgetful Tom then storms off like a baby in the background. Mr. Steve Legato, I will be contacting you soon to discuss this experience. We have been around the world to thousands of establishments and not once did we need to “remind” the waiter to come take our order and that too after 35mins. We would understand if the place was packed, there were only 3 tables occupied. We were recommend to try out this place, what a mistake. Maybe Tom has a bout of amnesia, I’d be happy to diagnose you. Also forget being a waiter and try acting,...
Read morePoor service. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Especially because this is the 2nd time this has happened this year. We called a week in advance to make our reservation for a party of 20 for a birthday and they seemed very understaffed to accommodate our group when we got there. And they were. We waited over an hour for our food and a couple of us never even received our food. Our server never came back to refill our beverages, nor check and see how everything was after we received our food or to make sure everyone got their food. Also, there was an error with our billing so she had to re-ring in everyone's food individually; keep in mind we had to line up to remind our server what we had and pay separately. All 20 of us. Justin, the manager, seemed no where to be found. We had to seek him out and tell him about our issues, which he seemed completely clueless about. He didn't offer any assistance whatsoever until I went and found him and issued how frustrated everyone was. He stated that one employee had called in, and most days I would understand, however the last time we were here they said the exact same thing. I would not recommend this place to anyone with a big group of 6 or more people. My food was hot which is a plus, but tasteless and I wouldn't order it again. Needless to say, there are much more accommodating restaurants...
Read morePizza Review: My rating is based solely on the pizza I recently ordered, not on the restaurant itself. I've been a loyal customer here for the past 10 years, and it's one of my favorite spots. However, this was my first time trying their pizza, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The pizza was incredibly soggy, especially the bottom crust, which was drenched in ranch dressing. It made the pizza almost impossible to pick up and eat.
The amount of cheese and sauce was overwhelming, to the point where it felt like I was eating a bowl of ranch rather than pizza. The toppings, particularly the broccoli and tomatoes, were cut into very large pieces, making the pizza feel unbalanced. It seems there can be such a thing as "too much." My boss didn't eat his half, and I ended up removing the cheese and toppings, soaking up the excess sauce, and picking out pieces of chicken and broccoli. On a positive note, the chicken itself tasted good, but the bacon was fatty and not crispy, as it should be.
Overall, this was probably the most disappointing pizza I've ordered, which is unfortunate because it had potential if it had been prepared properly. We had asked for it to be cooked longer, but it was still undercooked and flimsy. My advice: if you visit this restaurant, I would recommend trying anything but the pizza—they offer plenty of other...
