We used to have a contract down in Lapeer they were good down there to us and work with us they were not snotty with us we moved up here to Cheboygan we went to Aaron's in Petoskey and got a contract with them the minute we got a contract Aaron's in Petoskey we had problems with the bed we had a hard time for anybody to come out and look at the bed and then we had people come out looking to bed the manager and Petoskey store Allen was rude to us snotty what not help us until we want to bump his head well they finally come out and fix the bed everything was fine until now again Allen is rude won't work with us he's rude to me is rude to my wife wants to know when we pay making a payment what would make a half payment is rude to us know you need to make this much payment and if we can't use it going to try to get it from a family member know this is payday you have to do it now there is one employee there oh how I love working with his name is Shay he's nice he works with us he understands when we go through hard times is very nice your store manager Allen I do not want to work with anymore he more or less rude and considerate don't care all he want is the money he will not work with you like I said alien rude the rude I am to the point I just want to see fine come get your bed and give us our money back and it's uncalled for to be rude to us and add tell us to look for the family member to get some for the money he's wanting to know what time should I expect the money there is no reason to be rude to me or my wife why do I have to give you a time when I'm calling in to give you the money or what I'm giving you time to come up there to give you the money I will give it to you something needs to be done about your storm I'm not trying to rip you guys off I will pay for the bed this route is it harassment needs to stop work with us I will work with you like I said I love working...

I have been a loyal customer of Aaron's for several years. I am usually very satisfied with the customer service I get and the quality of the product. However, I had an employee call and make me aware of a promotion, and also saw that I had browsed the site. This employee sent pictures of available product and let me know that if I decided on an item they'd be happy to process my new lease. Needless to say it was nearing the end of day, they left, so I ended up speaking to another employee who finished the lease and gave me a delivery date(this was a weekend). I get a call later on Monday, by the first employee stating that the product was unavailable, that I leased a few days ago, and wouldn't now be available for delivery until the day after promised as a new one had to be ordered. Upon speaking to the second employee it was made clear that the product had a flaw and a new one had to be ordered, okay. However, it couldn't get delivered until 2 weeks when it arrived on the truck. So a product I leased on Saturday, to be delivered Wednesday, then after Thursday when it came in, then the following Thursday cause they got the wrong Thursday, to not at all because I was done. I really loved this company and am so disappointed at how this was handled. Had it been handled more appropriate we would have continued our relationship...
