First off, I'd like to say I LIKE BC Pizza. I've ordered from them several times, in Boyne City, Gaylord, and Mackinac City. Never been disappointed. However, today I ordered for the first time at the Petoskey location... also... the last time. I ordered a Dill Pickle Pizza, with extra white sauce, extra garlic crust, added bacon, well done. Aside from the "well done" part... everything else was wrong, as you can see in the pictures. It either had ALMOST no sauce, or flat out NO sauce. I picked up the first piece and everything just fell off as I picked it up. In one of the photos I pressed my finger into the top of the pizza to illustrate that it was just gummy plain dough. The pizza also had NO dill on it whatsoever, as well as NO garlic on the crust. I tried my best to illustrate all this in the pictures. I basically got plain dough, with some pickles, bacon, and a little bit of cheese and parmesean on it. It tasted like white bread with salt on it. The whole point of dill pickle pizza is to cut the saltiness with the sweet and savory of the sauce, which is why I ordered extra sauce and garlic. I ate what I could cause I'm cheap and hate wasting food... but... it's just... so incredibly bad. I physically don't think I could keep anymore down. A Little Ceasars Hot and Ready, in comparison, sounds like fillet mignon right now... for less than half the price. Fool me ONCE Petoskey! Yuck!

Awful customer service. The front desk was rude and made us feel like a bother for going in. We also won the coin game at the front desk (won a free small pizza) and the front desk was pissed. We wanted to order the free pizza and we weren’t acknowledged by the staff. Spicy dill pickle pizza itself we ordered was excellent. But overall the poor service made for an overall upsetting experience.

I used to love this place. Super good pizza, good specialty items, decent price. Just ordered three items and was charged over $13 for delivery, fuel, and “credit cards fees” only to receive a sad looking sandwich and a 10 piece chicken wing for $11. $42 to deliver two miles from your store? Will never spend money here again.

Last weekend I spent 85$ on 2 XL pizzas with 1 topping each and 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings each, and two "free" bread sticks from a supposid "deal" (so expensive) for a party for my teenager, we only live 10 mins away, and my husband was there 15 mins early to pick up. The pizza not only was cold and gross when it arrived to my house but it was literally burnt. I wish I would have taken a picture but it was a party which means busy and chaotic. And everyone started eating immediately. You know it's bad when KIDS are making comments because kids don't complain about pizza. I can't believe they served it. Like if u burn pizza fricken remake them. And give them all of them for the invonvience of waiting. Don't just pretend it didn't happen and take their hard earned money. Anytime someone gives you money for a product, that product should work/look the way it's suppose to and the way it's advertised. Other wise your basically stealing from them. I almost didn't come back because I had bought a gift card here for my husband in the past, we lost it and found it after it's expiration by like less then a month. I called ahead to see if they would honor it and they said no. So they had no problem taking my money and giving nothing in return all because it was expired by 3 weeks. That is terrible customer service. I live in bay shore and choose petoskey over convienence because my daughter only likes the turkey bacon ranch pizza. But not anymore. I will drive to charlevoix. I do not recommend...

Ordered by phone for a decent sized order consisting of an XL pizza, two salads and orders of breadsticks. Was provided a time to pick up(25 minutes), but not a total as I had a coupon and they guy on the phone "couldn't figure it out" and told me just to bring it in. Arrived over 25 minutes later, was informed by the person at the counter that the store is "swamped, first day on the job and he doesn't know what he's doing" and that he's "freaking out". Explained that it's okay, I'm in no rush, and will wait after paying. Presented my coupon, I assume it was the manager that was called over to assist as it wasn't working. Manager gave me a discount on the entire order instead and was very apologetic. Fast forward waiting ANOTHER 25-30 MINUTES just to be handed an incomplete order then had to wait another 5-10 minutes to he acknowledged. Guy working on the counter was on the phone so someones from the kitchen finally noticed and came to assist. Explained that I was waiting on a chicken salad that the guy at the counter had started making when I first arrived, but then forgot about it. Was handed a haphazard salad that turned out to not even belong to my order. All of this coupled with the guy at the counter making unprofessional comments when other customers were placing orders and the disarray was a bit much. The food was okay, but not very warm as I had to wait on the second salad while sitting...
