Visited store on 8-4-25 to pick up Vaporesso pods and some juice, plus explore a 2nd device.

First, both clerks were impolite and short with me. The first, a large blonde with glasses rushed me through the fact that they didn't carry the pods for my device any longer, in fact, didn't carry any Vaporesso pods except some jumbo ones for a big, honking device. And then when it came to juice, seemed perturbed when I asked her to look for a bottle of 6mg mint flavor. Of course, customers can't read the labels of the bottles behind the counter, and when I pointed out a few I wanted info on she gave me heavy sighs and irritation when she couldn't follow simple directions like " 3rd shelf down, last bottle on the right". I had picked out a new Smok $40 device,some pods and coils to go with it and when I asked basic questions about the items I got a bunch of "I don't knows". Wasted a bunch of time waiting for her to figure out the basics of what I wanted to buy. Then when she blurted out that the only juice in mint they had was a 3mg strength, couldn't answer a basic question about compatibility with the device & coils. Finally, since I felt rushed and uncertain about what I was about to buy I just gave up and ditched the sale and picked out a couple Breeze disposables to get me by until I could get to a different vape store. She passed me off to a short girl with long brown hair and nasty RBF to pay. That girl was beyond rude and despite me being the only customer in the store, acted super rushed and put off by questions I had about the different Djarums I had spotted behind the counter. I mean, like SUPER rude...as in I must be stupid for asking about the difference between the Blacks and the packs branded Djarum. All the while, I could see her glancing at her coworker, her hand on her hip, making expressions of exasperation and impatience...a posture and tone equal to eye-rolling that, though I didn't see, felt certain was happening.

I went into the store with a budget of $80-$100 and at the end just paid for my 2 disposables and got the hell out as quick as I could, feeling like I had peed in these two's Wheaties. In the end, felt like spending my money there had been a chore on them.

Finally, the store's inventory of vape devices and juice was laughably meager. When I asked why, large blonde told me "Demand. Most people are just buying the Breeze...

Shady Kratom selling practices. They offer a "Kratom bar," which is basically a bunch of cheaper brands tossed together in bowls. I wondered why they would offer that instead of just selling Earth Kratom in it's original packaging. I soon found out. Bought a could of different strains. When I opened the bags, found different strains mixed together and some clearly different brands. Some capsules are bigger, some smaller, some less full. It almost looks like they capsule cheapnstuff themselves, or buy super cheap stuff and sell it in bulk, branding it as Earth Kratom. Think of it like this, you go to by Tylenol but when you get to the drug stream, they have a bunch of bowls of pills. They TELL you it's Tylenol, but all the pills are different 0and sold at a huge markup. Plus, all of the employees can just reach in with their dirty hands. Zero staff wear masks. Would you shop there? No, I won't be buying there again. I'll buy my Kratom online from a manufacturer that I trust at their usual...

Today was my first stop at a vape store. Im a non smoker but know that vaping is something that will benefut me soon. Im new to this and needed a vape pen that would work for my pain/medical marijuana. David Runser was the salesman, he went above and beyond to help me. He was great. He answered lots and lots of questions, explained so much to me, I was for once not confused or scared to finally use the products that would help me instead of suffering... I left with a Yokan Evolve 3 in 1, which is a similar vape pen to what I had researched online. I purchased a few other products and will defiantly come back for any parts, additional supplies. I truly can't thank David enough he is a great asset to your business. The other gentleman was also very nice and helpful but I did not get his name he was helping several customers.

Once home I researched my vape and its rated #1 vape for 2018. That was so reassuring. Now I know I will be safe and soon on my way to being pain free.
