Went there with my family on labor day weekend and they were super busy, So we placed our order online. It gave a weight estimate of 20 minutes so we went for a little 15 minute walk and when we got back, I kind of waited to see if I would get a notification on my phone when it was ready. I never got a notification. So when the 20 minutes was up, I went inside and asked about the order and they said they were really backed up and to keep waiting, so I went outside and waited some more. Another 10 minutes go by and when I went in again and asked about it, they said they had given my order to someone else. And they had it back, but didn't know what was in it, so they threw in everything on my order plus a couple things I hadn't ordered and gave me some buy one, get one free coupons. So I thanked him, took what I ordered, and we, uh, sat outside with my family, eating the food. It was phenomenal. We got the cheese and pepperoni pretzas With the garlic parmesan, butter and loved it. While we were eating an employee came out the back door and announced someone else's order once, and not very loudly, and when no one claimed it(some people were waiting around the corner) he shrugged and went back in.. And that made me wonder if they had announced our order at all like. Did they even bother to step outside and announce that ours was ready at all? Or wasnit that they just did it So quietly that we didn't hear them? Idk.. but Like I said, the food was fantastic, my only problem is that i think when they're busy they need to have a different system for how they alert people that their orders are ready...
Read moreYet to find a kind I really like. Tried the French Toast kind and wasn't expecting cinnamon sugar as it's not described in the menu. Seems like the only thing I could taste was the cinnamon sugar so these are very comparative in taste to a elephant ear at the fair. Just slightly cheaper and formed In the shape of a pretzel. Pepperoni pretzel wasn't very bold in flavors and was comparative to a bosco stick along with the sauce. Small icees are $2.79 and you get about a 1/3 of what you would get if you were to go to BK and get there large for say $1.99. Last but not least out of the three pretzels I have purchased The Jalapeno cheddar would have to be the best tasting one and had the best overall flavor that blended. Had a hint of jalapeno to compliment the cheddar flavor. It's just a seasoning on top of the regular pretzel but its quite good and taste like what you would expect. Pretzels average around 4 and a half dollars. They have a reward program; if you purchase 10 Pretzels you will get one free. They also have a app available that tracks your points so you don't loose them. I recommend you check them out and come back and write a review of your experience. Customer service was nice and they were fun to talk with for the few...
