1500 Market Street — Local services in Philadelphia

Horrible experience to say the least.Vince Bryant Director of Security was called to escort me out of building on the Friday October 28 2021 at 10:07 am. I was on on recorded phone call with Supervisor from University of Penn Billing when staff member by the name of Lotania who also works for University of Penn Hospital Um 600 location called security on me. Please note due to his employment not with Penn let me inform you of his unprofessional demeanor only .Please understand that my first and number one priority is the care for myself being disabled. He refused to give me his name which was requested from Supervisor Robbin from Penn billing , he was very aggressive. I was embarrassed, humiliated and truly felt sick to my stomache. I truly thought I was going to pass out. He refused and finally after 4 time asking he said his name is Vince Bryant Director of Security. Supervisor Robbin from Penn Billing informed that this phone call is recorded and she heard the whole conversation. This unpleasant incident causedme immediate stress . I took liberty of calling 1500 Market Street general manager by the name of John hoping to atleast get an some type of recognition and to accountability for very very subsequent action that left me in dismay.But i didnot John was very short no caring and very dismissive . Unfortunately he did not exemplify the high caliber of care that i was was provided.
