Two Penn Center Building — Local services in Philadelphia

Normally I wouldn't bother to rate an office building but this place is the worst. There are 3 elevator banks going 3 different places and no signage directing you to where you want to go except 1 sign for Social Security. I had to call the medical office I was visiting to get instruction. Even getting directions was difficult because the elevator banks (on each side and the middle aren't numbered or anything so it was hard to figure out which set of side of the elevators the secretary meant when she said the left set of elevators (there's entrances on both sides). It's like the building is set up to confuse you and add to the work load of the employee in every office who has to constantly give confusing directions to new clients and even have to stay on the phone. Heart off Center City Philadelphia. Adjacent to newly refurbished Love Park, City Hall, with it's Gothic Architecture and sweeping views. This is one of the most beautiful public buildings in the country.

You are near the Visitors Center and at the top of the Parkway, close to Logan Square, The Franklin Institute, Natural History Museum. The Masonic Hall is down the block, as well as the Philadelphia County Court house. You are at a hub for the Broad street Subway line, which you can hear rumbling below you with connections to the the Market Street El; also the regional train station is below you, at Suburbian Station. This station gives access to the local surrounding Philadelphia suburbs and 30th Station an Amtrak station. There is limited to no street parking but, paid parking lots...

(IF THIS IS THE SOCIAL SECURITY CARED BUILDING) (IF THIS IS NOT THTE SOCIAL SECURITY CARD BUILDING IM SO SORRY THIS IS NOT MENT FOR YOU) I have been here a number of time and it seems like if you don’t no exactly where your going you get a fowl look and a bad attitude from every check point & every rent a cop in the building. If you are slow to respond to a question as you don’t know exactly how to answer the question asked you will treated as if you have a disability.Very bad experiences at this place. That being said I don’t like going there but using the phone is 10x worse as EVERYONE I spoke with over the phone hung up on me or put me on hold for 35 minutes + and forced me to hang up.
