Normally I wouldn't bother to rate an office building but this place is the worst. There are 3 elevator banks going 3 different places and no signage directing you to where you want to go except 1 sign for Social Security. I had to call the medical office I was visiting to get instruction. Even getting directions was difficult because the elevator banks (on each side and the middle aren't numbered or anything so it was hard to figure out which set of side of the elevators the secretary meant when she said the left set of elevators (there's entrances on both sides). It's like the building is set up to confuse you and add to the work load of the employee in every office who has to constantly give confusing directions to new clients and even have to stay on the phone. If you are slow to respond to a question as you don’t know exactly how to answer the question asked you will treated as if you have a disability.Very bad experiences at this place.
