DO NOT GO HERE ! Today around 6 pm closing time my mom went in to fix her bracelet & the clasp on her 3,000 dollar gold necklace, she had it for 27 years. They took her in even though it was closing time. The women store clerk told her It was $20 for the bracelet but the necklace was not real gold. Then proceeded to say that she can leave it with her since it’s not real. My mom denied service and took back her jewelry. The clerk proceeded to follow my mother out the door screaming in her language and waving her hands as if my mother stole something. Don’t come here if you have expensive jewelry. I came in with a gold necklace of lesser value and had no issues with service but I’d avoid them...

Terrible service!!! I asked for gold nugget jewelry and the lady said "u buy now" I said " I would like to see what jewelry you have in gold nugget " then a man come out the back, and I ask him" do you have gold nugget jewelry" he tell me to "get out because I was being rude"... That old lady was rude with not one customer service bone in her body.. hopefully they go out of business soon! The guy had the nerve to say he would call the police on me... This man was very rude and disrespectful!! He took a picture of me as I walked down the street smh...... never use there service ever...

My boyfriend put a ring on layaway for me for my birthday. He’s been trying to pay it off for the last week and a half every time we go. The jewelers is closed. No one answers the phone or any type of communications. Don’t even know if the store is shut down Because we will go during times where they’re supposed to be open and they’re not open today. He was there from 1130 till 1 PM calling and banging on the door and no one responded and I called five times between one and 530....
