Fluffy Fluffy Cafe — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I cannot stress this enough. Do NOT go to their grand opening event. Arrived 20 mins before opening, with a mediocre line that wasn't even that long for a Philadelphia opening. Waited OVER 2.5 hours just to ORDER. And when you get to the line they tell you its an additional HOUR wait for the food. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME for something else. They were so unprepared for their own event, its so unfortunate. Also their menu doesn't match the one online and they dont even have the food they advertise on the screen playing inside the restaurant. SPARE YOURSELF and come back on a day where there's no line. Pancakes themselves were good. Not eggy like some, portions are like photos. Not filling at all. 0/10 definitely NOT...

The matcha tiramisu is soooo fluffy and tasty. The mango refresher is really good, we recommend both. The jalapeño maple syrup chicken had really good chicken. Crispy, tender and juicy. The only thing for me was the pancakes aren’t as fluffy, definitely more firm, sort of dry to maybe resemble a little bit of a biscuit if that’s what you prefer. The wait for ordering was 30 mins, the food wait was 40 mins but makes sense since they are having a grand opening event week.

We just spent the time studying and yapping so it flew by. If you don’t want to wait the line we recommend calling in to see how the wait is. Maybe it’ll be less...

It was disappointing. I stood in line outside in the cold with my daughter for over 20 minutes, and after I managed to get inside, I waited another 30 minutes. When I finally got to the counter to place my order, the wait time was 45 minutes to an hour for the food.
