Please don't spend your money here especially mothers who can't catch a break I came here about 2 weeks ago I have always been coming here growing up my mom goes here my sisters, cousins but after the day I went I will no longer ever give them my money I went there trying to get myself together being as though I just had a baby 3 months ago so obviously I had to carry my newborn and my 2 other kids I also brought my aunt with me to help keep my kids in place because no one test your gansta more than your kids.lol So my aunt came in as i was getting my toes done and the worker I'm not sure what her name is i just know her eyebrows are tattooed on. She basically told my aunt she didn't want her in there with more kids my aunt had her 2 daughters with her who r older and were more calm then my kids but instead of kindly saying something, she tells my aunt she needs to leave with her kids if she is not paying but if my aunt was not there I wouldn't be able to sit there nd get my stuff done if she wasn't there to help with my kids i wouldn't be able to pay and stay to get serviced. We made her aware y my aunt was there and she continued on to say no the kids can't be there then she goes on to say she don't want our kids there that my aunt and her kids need to leave along with mine that my aunt and her kids was taking up seats for customers but i was the only new customer because everyone els was already being attended . my son was playing with one of the workers sons or her son not sure so I really didn't know what she had against my aunt or the kids we both made sure my kids didn't touch nothing or anything like that we were being considerate the whole time I was there but i was very upset I was in the middle of getting my toes done and i had to get up and leave because she had her own egenda against my kids and my aunt nd her kids. I would've spent 65 dollars there that day and I'm glad i didn't magic nails right up the block treated us like humans and that's all I wanted as a paying customer these people don't know that if its not for us they will have no business.i will never come here and if one day you have to come with your kids beacuse you couldn't get a sitter please as a mother to another don't come here nd allow them to disrespect you or disrespect you infront of your kids i wouldnt spend money here or have respect for this place evet if they think its ok to kick you out because of your children. Editing my original post... I came to the salon on a saturday I believe they close at 8pm that day and I arrived at noon. I asked if they could do ombre acrylic they told me that they did not have enough time to do it so I thought maybe they were closing early so I asked if they could mimic the style airbrushed or painted they told me no. I requested a style that was on a mannequin with a jeweled accompaniment that was on the same mannequin but a different finger. I asked twice if the manicurist understood that I wanted paint style of pointer finger but jewel style that was shown on ring finger. The manicurist cut me off stating she understood on second attempt to explain. After the first few fingers I noticed the manicurist was just mimicking the style of the paint under the jewel type (ring finger) I requested she alter it to the pointer finger I originally showed she acted like we never had the original conversation and told me they were not able to do the paint style I wanted I asked for a different manicurist as she was not my regular and she declined. I believe she may be a relative of the owner which is how that was possible but that experience did make me want to change my rating since it was my birthday and I may not be a weekly regular I frequent this place often and it was just a terrible experience all around. The worst part was my mom was there to enjoy the day and the back and forth between me and the manicurist turned her off from getting her nails, wax and pedicure done as she did not trust staff or their performance after my sitting. Will be looking for another venue will never recommend this one again which sucks since they did okay work...
