Cliff and the team are professional, highly responsive, and friendly - they are the dream team! Whenever I have an issue, I email them and they send someone to fix it within a day or two. Working with Clif & Ben Franklin Residences was one of the highs this past year. The moment I first met Clif I knew he was an awesome person who about everyone. The first time I stepped into one of his home I knew that I wanted to sell them. The details, the quality was not the same as the other New construction homes I have seen. The homes were so much better! The love for what this team does is very apparent in their work. I recently showed one of my clients his project on earp street and she fell in love.
